Robin Mattson back in General Hospital

General Hospital definitely likes to join together the former actors of Santa Barbara in its walls : after Nancy Lee Grahn, Lane Davies and Jed Allan (see the News of March), the soap welcomes as from this month Robin Mattson !

The ex-Gina DeMott Capwell of Santa Barbara is indeed going to be again the character of Heather Grant Webber, that she had already played in this soap between 1980 and 1983. The duration of her contract with the show was not revealed yet. Let us guarantee that Robin will have more chance than with her preceding come-back in the soap The Bold and the Beautiful last September, which had precipitately stopped after one month on the air (see the News of November 2003)...

Seasons endings The time of the season ending sounded for three former actors of *Santa Barbara* : Constance Marie (ex-Nikki Alvarez), Paul Johansson (ex-Greg Hughes) and Eric Close (ex-Sawyer Walker) temporarily give up the air on the American television... but will be back all three in September since each one of their current TV show was renewed for a new season ! In fact *One Tree Hill* for Paul, *Without a Trace* for Eric and the latino sitcom *George Lopez* for Constance. This last one will however be exceptionally present a part of the summer on the network PBS, since a second season of her another show, *American Family : Journey of Dreams*, began there last April and this for about twenty episodes (see the News of June 2003).		The sites of video clips on the net... part 2 ! Two sites were missing in the list drawn up on this same page two months ago, in the News of April. And for a good reason, since one like the other are currently in stand-by, waiting for a possible forthcoming update... Let's start first with the mini-site The Legend of Cruz and Eden : Santa Barbara's Royal Couple which proposes a page of clips dedicated to the SB heroes who are Eden and Cruz. The page is from 2001, but the links to the videos are always active at this date. Second addition : Through The Years : A Fan Tribute to Santa Barbara's Mason Capwell and Julia Wainwright, an exclusive site of videos to download around the couple Julia and Mason played by Nancy Lee Grahn and Lane Davies (thus from 1986 to 1989 only). Several tens of clips are proposed there. Happy downloads !

The 31th Daytime Emmy awards

Missed ! For the second consecutive year, we hoped to see Nancy Lee Grahn winner as outstanding lead actress at the Daytime Emmy awards. It is finally Michelle Stafford of *The Young and the Restless* who won the price, during the ceremony which occured last May 21 (see the News of April).
