Episode 410

Because of the break-in which his photographic equipment was stolen, Nick has no more money to buy back his book from his editor. Janice lends him 10 000 dollars, but Nick must resolve to ask Dylan. He claims back the refund of all loans which he had approved to him. Gina offers Kirk to repeat their plan to kill Eden. Kirk is taken in this game and tears Gina's gown with his knife. He drives Gina up to the Capwell boathouse. There, he takes out a revolver and explains to Gina that she is going to have to pull the trigger on Eden before throwing her body in the basin. As Gina gets worried, Kirk threatens to reveal that she tried to kill C.C. if she does not comply. A repetition of Santana and Mason's marriage is organised in the Orient Express. Ginger sends two prostitutes to Mason. Half drunk, he demoralises the marriage and humiliates Santana. Ted and Danny prefer leaving. Mason finds himself alone, and collapses on the sideboard. Cruz walks Santana back home. He offers for her to forget Mason and to marry him...

Episode 411

The gallery representative of New York makes a very interesting offer to Augusta for one of her pictures. But the man in fact has been sent by Lionel. Ted comes to rescue Mason, sleeping on the floor of the Orient Express. Still drunk, Mason tries in vain to go back to the Capwell residence. He goes up on the roof thanks to a ladder, but falls to floor and finds himself wedged. In the boathouse, Kirk makes Gina practice pulling the trigger on Eden. But Gina finds it very difficult to comply. Kirk blows up the head of the model with his weapon, then forces Gina to throw the body into the water of the basin. Cruz tries to persuade Santana to marry him, but she refuses. She knows that Cruz is still in love with Eden. At 12 hours before the ceremony, Cruz asks her to think about it still...

Episode 412

Nick received, in dozens of boxes, all copies of his book which he bought back from his editor. Kelly discovers from Cruz that it wasn't him who lent him some money. She makes Nick confess to her that he asked Dylan for some money. Courtney and Madeline, C.C.'s two nieces native to the East Coast, make their entrance in the Capwell villa. They arrive directly from a short break in Hong Kong. Madeline, rather sufficient, squabbles with Mason. Mason is found on the roof of the residence by Brandon, who makes an issue. Rosa attempts for a last time to persuade Santana to marry Cruz. C.C. tells her that Eden is pregnant and that it is best for her to accept Cruz's proposal. Rosa persuades C.C. to go with her to the marriage. The guests begin arriving at the Orient Express for the ceremony, but Mason does not have news for Santana. Kelly is called by Brick to regulate an urgent affair at the casino. Santana is in the lift with Cruz. She escapes in the staircase, while Cruz tries to persuade her once again to marry him...

Episode 413

Kelly arrives at the casino and is welcomed by Dylan who waits for her there, alone. He makes her sign some papers, and then insists to see her out to the Orient Express in a helicopter. He returns to make Nick a little more jealous. Santana twists her ankle by running in the staircase of the Capwell Hotel. Cruz entrusts her that he intends to move to Miami. He kisses her and manages to persuade her to marry him. While the guests get impatient, Santana explains to Mason that the marriage is not going to take place, because she is going to marry Cruz. Mason announces to the guests that he decided not to get married to Santana. He then confesses to Kelly and Ted that it is Santana who made the decision. To restart ambience, Courtney offers the guests to organise a game. Kirk types a letter for Eden, in which he passes for Cruz and arranges to meet him the following day at midday in the boathouse. Eden comes back to Santa Barbara and goes at the beach home. She lights some candles and dresses in a satin gown. Cruz comes back home and finds his door opened...

Episode 414

Courtney, Madeline, Mason and Ted launch into a game consisting of finding unusual objects. The game drives Courtney and Madeline to Buzz's place, where they make the acquaintance of Pearl who becomes the punching-bag for Madeline. Mary and Mark spend their first night together in the guest house of the Capwell villa. But Mary does not feel ready to make love with her husband. At the airport, Santana discovers that Cruz did not go there for a flight to Miami. Kirk is also, in search of Eden there. Cruz goes back home and finds a letter from Eden which he begins reading. Eden comes in and declares her love. They embrace each other, but Cruz pushes her back by explaining to her that he does not want to break up a family. He tells her that she is pregnant with Kirk. With Eden barely gathered, it is Santana who arrives. She announces to Cruz that she cancelled her marriage with Mason. She suggests to him that her cousin Diego, who is a priest, marries them the next day in Ensenada in Mexico...

Episode 415

Madeline gets ease from the Capwell villa and treats Mary as her servant. Julia drives Courtney to Pearl's place so that she could apologise for having made light of him the day before. Mark once again tries to make love with Mary, but he seems to have difficulties. Eden burns the letters which she wrote to Cruz. Santana and Cruz arrive at Mexico. They are welcomed by Helena, Rosa's sister, and by Diego, her cousin who is a priest. Santana confesses to them the reasons of her speedy marriage. Helena regrets that Rosa, Ruben and Danny are not present. Kirk discovers that Eden had arrived the day before. He makes Gina put the silencer on the revolver which she must use on Eden. Gina meets Eden, who proves to have completely lost interest in any desire of revenge towards her. Eden finds Cruz's note, written by Kirk, which arranges to meet him in the boathouse. Gina waits for Eden with the revolver. Kirk is hidden above and, armed with a gun with a viewfinder, gives his orders to Gina with a microphone. Suddenly, Eden enters the boathouse. Without knowing it, she finds herself a target with both weapons...

Episode 416

Mark does not manage to make love with Mary. Mary thinks that it is because she is still a virgin. After spending time at Buzz's where they cross paths with Janice, they go back home to lie down. But Mark tries to fall asleep without touching Mary even. In the small church with Diego and Helena, Santana and Cruz get married during a ceremony all in Spanish. Diego gives them the keys of a villa for their honeymoon, during which they make love. In the boathouse, Gina goes up to Eden, holding her close with her gun. Eden throws herself on Gina and a fight gets underway between both women. Gina just has the time to tell Eden that she was forced to act like this, before falling in the basin and disappearing. Eden falls and finds it difficult to get up again. She barely gets back up to her car and has an accident. She is driven to the hospital, victim of an internal haemorrhage. Kirk searches Eden's bag and finds the letter he wrote pretending to be Cruz which arranged to meet him. Alerted by telephone, C.C. and Ted run up to the hospital. Kirk hears C.C. tell a doctor that Eden is pregnant...

Episode 417

At the casino, Dylan has a good time rigging the castor and loses all his bets with Pearl. Not appreciating his odd appearance, he returns Pearl to his pilot's post of the ferryboat. Pearl goes to Buzz's, where he finds Amy and Courtney. He learns that, for budgetary reasons, he is forced to return. Kirk gets angry with C.C. who kept Eden's pregnancy a secret. He bears a grudge to have caused such a shock with Eden while she carried her baby. He goes to the Capwell villa and surprises Hayley phoning all hotels, in search of Gina. He establishes after that Hayley is her niece. He takes the typewriter which he used for Eden's letters with him, and hides it in Gina's hotel room. In the hospital, the doctor announces to C.C., Sophia, Ted, Kelly and Nick that Eden came out of the operating theatre. But she lost her baby. Sophia tells this sad news to Kirk. The doctor explains that another blood group was found on her. On the beach, Gina's body is lying inanimate on the sand. Suddenly, a man with boots goes up to her...

Episode 418

Mark explains to Mary that his difficulty in making love with her is because of his operation and that it is normal. The man who finds inanimate Gina on the beach is Angel. He carries Gina home and lies her on his bed. Gina wakes up, but cannot move because of a wound to the leg. She refuses for Angel to call a doctor and gives him a wrong name. Angel finds Mary in the hospital and asks her to come to see the woman whom he found. When Gina hears Mary's voice, she hides in a cupboard. After her departure, she confesses to Angel to be Gina Capwell. Sophia phones Santana in Mexico, and asks her to inform Cruz that Eden is hospitalised. Santana tells her that Cruz and she are married. She announces the news to Cruz, and they immediately go back to Santa Barbara. In the hospital, Kirk tells Cruz that Eden lost her baby. Cruz attends Kirk's cross-examination by a policeman about the circumstances of the car accident. When everybody leaves, a nurse tells Cruz that Eden woke up asking for him. Cruz is the first person whom Eden sees when waking up...

Episode 419

Dylan discovers that a man bought up to 300 copies of Brothers and Sisters, Nick's photo book. He leads the investigation and learns that the man acts for a purchaser that he suspects of being Kelly. Thinking to be the reason of Mark's impotence, Mary buys herself a book about sex education. It created a romantic ambience to entice Mark, but he finds the book. He uses it as a pretext to lose his temper and to refuse once again to make love. In the hospital, Eden tells Cruz about the incoherent purposes surrounding her accident. She notably speaks about Gina. Kirk arrives in her room and tells her that she was pregnant and that she lost their baby. Eden tells Kirk that she received a letter typed by Cruz arranging to meet her in the boathouse and that there, it was Gina who waited for her with a gun. Kirk asks her to repeat nothing, where she could be a defendant to have killed Gina. Eden remembers Gina's words and wonders if she was speaking about Kirk. She then asks Cruz to help her...
