Kelly and Nick learn that Eden and Kirk got married. Eden swears to her sister that she is in love. Warren questions his father about Augusta's departure from the home. Lionel swears to him that nothing happened in the shack between him and Sophia. Warren goes to find his mother who is sitting down at the table in the Orient Express and tries to persuade her. Lionel surprises Julia by leaving the Lockridge villa with her suitcases. She explains that she can't stay by solidarity for Augusta. Further to a call from Warren, Lionel goes to the Orient Express. But Sophia incidentally preceded him, and Augusta persuades herself that they are now displaying themselves as a couple publicly. Cruz and Pearl enter by breaking into Kirk's place to install a listening device under a table. In his car, Cruz listens to Eden and Kirk discussing this subject...

Episode 351

Janice makes the cover of the January edition of USA Centerfold and already regrets having posed for these charming photos. A bad premonition leads her to think, for some reason, that she is being followed throughout the day. Dylan, Sam and Pearl go on the abandoned oil rig and discover that it belongs to the Capwells. Even if he finds this idea ridiculous, Nick offers to take Dylan to the Capwell place to ask them if they would be able to rent the place for his plan of a casino. But Kirk makes fun of Dylan and rejects his idea immediately. Living in the Capwell Hotel, Augusta is making her new life as a single woman. Mason sees Sophia and accuses her of having ruined his life so far as a Capwell. Sophia slaps him in front of Mary. She goes to C.C. and grabs his hand. C.C. makes a brusque movement to withdraw his hand. Sophia thinks that C.C. hears her. Mason surprises Mary and Mark beginning to kiss each other. He asks her what her intentions are concerning Mark. Mary loses her temper and asks him to leave her in peace...

Episode 352

Lionel visits Santana, and some complicity is born between them. Kelly accepts Nick's wedding proposal. Nick, full of enthusiasm, announces his news to Dylan. Kelly explains to him that in spite of what happened between them, she thinks that they can remain friends. Followed by Dylan, Kelly asks Kirk to reconsider the plan of a casino on the Capwell oil rig. But Kirk still wants to hear nothing about it. Nick gets new photos of Janice in a bikini from the beach bar. While she gets changed behind a curtain, Janice senses somebody coming up. She howls. In his car parked outside Kirk's place, Cruz continues listening. When he hears Eden admitting having tried to kill her father, he can't help wanting to join her. But Pearl dissuades him from it, since this activity is illegal. From Eden and Kirk's place, Cruz goes back to the flat to withdraw the listening device. But Eden backtracks and finds Cruz. She doesn't deny having attempted taking the life of her father anymore, and stands up for Kirk. She asks Cruz if he intends to install a listening device also in their bedroom. Cruz leaves and tells Pearl that everything is well and truly finished between them. Eden visits her father. She still manages to remember the drama that evening...

Episode 353

Mary helps Mark to repaint her flat, but the painting itself is a disaster. She slips on a dressing gown until Mark washes her clothes. Mason leaves to speak with Mary and, seeing her in this attire, thinks that she slept with Mark. Mason and Mark begin fighting with their fists and Mary loses her temper with Mason. In the beach bar, Warren runs up after hearing Janice shout. But he doesn't find anyone. In the Orient Express, Mason questions Gina about the role of her pills, knowing that she lied on the tape about that subject. He finds Janice in the bar and offers to take her home. Kelly draws Dylan away for the maintenance of business with Eden. Dylan offers to buy the oil rig for a length of two years, and to give the Capwell Firms 20 % of recipes for future casinos. In spite of Kirk's opinion, Eden entrusts Kelly that she intends to accept. Dylan goes to the beach bar with the cheek of the money to roll dices with other gamblers. But at Kelly's arrival, they learn that Dylan worked in a casino in the past and feels cheated. They take Kelly hostage for the time to recover 12 000 dollars which Dylan has just earned. Dylan, confused, gets lost in his feelings for Kelly...

Eden and Kirk become established in the Capwell residence. But Kirk discovers that their room includes two separate beds. Mason questions Eden about the motivations which encouraged her to marry Kirk. He thinks that Kirk blackmailed her. A noise blares in C.C.'s room: Eden finds the vase on the night table smashed. Nick gives Kelly an engagement ring. Lionel visits Amy and Brick to apologise for Augusta's behaviour. He finds Dylan's announcement in the newspaper, searching for investors for his plan of a casino. He offers his financial contribution against a service: that he engages Brick. But the representative pretends not to be able to give the file to him until the next day. She has in fact in her hands the files of four children born the same day as Brick. She phones Minx Lockridge to find out what to do...

On the oil rig, Kelly compares Dylan with Joe. Back in Santa Barbara, she entrusts her doubts to Eden as for her marriage with Nick. Eden continues thinking that it perhaps wasn't her who tried to kill her father. Kirk questions Brandon on the night which he spent at the Capwell Hotel with Gina the evening of the drama. Brandon tells him that waking up in the middle of the night, he found his mother fitting into a pink dress. Kirk goes up to the loft and, on an old typewriter, types an anonymous letter to Gina. He tells her that he knows what she did and arranges to meet at the Orient Express. Gina goes there and finds Cruz, Eden, Kirk, Mason, Mary and Mark there. She recovers the second word from her blackmailer without knowing where it came from. Anxious for her alibi, she goes to see Santana and asks Rosa to let her enter. Gina asks Brandon to give her his plush bear. Back in her car, she notes that the pink dress is still inside the bear, and understands that a trap is being set. Some metres from there, Kirk notices this. In the Orient Express, Mason and Mark almost fight once again about Mary, who refuses to go back to Mason.
