Episode 340

Nick takes pictures of Janice who is naked in the gazebo of the Capwell property. Janice plays Eve with the simplest costume in front of a reconstructed apple tree, together with Diablo, a boa constrictor. Sophia announces to Lionel that she is leaving to take a plane for Italy. She offers Gina to take Brandon on her way to his scouts' camp. Gina offers Mason to destroy C.C.'s will together. Knowing that Mary is jealous, Gina organises a bunch of flowers with a card signed by Mason which she wrote herself. The card asks Mary to go to Mason's room. Gina, in the meantime joined Mason in his room, dressed just in a towel. She waits for Mason to get out of the shower to kiss him. Eden wakes up hesitating to wear the ring Kirk gave to her. The district attorney Patterson demands that Cruz takes Eden's statement. Sophia, then Kelly, asks Cruz to fight for Eden. Cruz joins her in the Capwell residence. He kisses her and asks her to marry him...

Episode 341

Sophia drives Brandon up to his scouts' camp without knowing that a serious fire is occurring in the region. They arrive at the camp and find the offices deserted, with a fire alert. Alerted, Lionel decides to launch a recovery mission to save them. Warren and Santana do the same. Mary discovers Gina in Mason's arms. Mason tries to stop her, but Mary leaves to take refuge in her health centre. Mason promises retaliation to Gina. He finds Mary and is forced to confess his past relationship with Gina. He assures her that everything is finished between them and that this is only Gina's strategy to make them part. Mary believes him, but doesn't support the idea that Mason has an adventure with his stepmother. She asks him to leave her. Eden pushes back Cruz's proposal. She goes to Kirk's place with the engagement ring which Cruz returned. Kirk takes it without her knowing. Cruz goes to find Eden, knocks, but Eden doesn't open the door to him. When Kirk iterates his proposal, Eden decides to accept it...

Episode 342

In the Orient Express, Kirk gives Cruz the engagement ring belonging to Eden. He makes him understand that it is Eden who sent him to return the ring to him. He announces to him that Eden agreed to marry him. Pearl stops Cruz, mad with rage, from fighting with Kirk. Cruz thinks that Kirk knows that Eden tried to kill her father and that he is blackmailing her. Kirk meets a judge to ask him to speed up his marriage with Eden. Lionel arrives to the place with the fire. He leaves his car to go to scouts' camp on horseback. Lionel finds Sophia and Brandon. Brandon goes aboard on Santana's helicopter and Warren, who found their trace. But the helicopter leaves again without Sophia and Lionel who stay there, near the shack which was encircled by fire. Mason fights with Gina. He locks her up in a cupboard in his room to search the room easily. He finds a bottle of medication and especially the will of his father there. He releases Gina and burns the document. Gina is worried that Mason found the medication which she used to dope Eden. But Mason is, stunned, persuaded that Gina is still addicted. He declares himself in capacity to be able to do whatever he wants with her, when Mary arrives...

Episode 343

Santana and Warren see Brandon in Santa Barbara. In Lake Casidus, Sophia and Lionel spend the night in the shack. In the early hours, they find a horse and leave the place devastated by fire. Janice is disappointed to see that Dylan doesn't support her plan with the photos. She realises that he fell in love with Kelly and decides to leave him. At Buzz's, she confides in Pearl who encourages her to try her luck as a model and actress in Los Angeles. Mason agrees to return the pills to Gina in exchange for her admissions to Mary. Gina complies and confesses to Mary that what she saw the day before in Mason's room was only a production for her part. But it isn't enough for Mary to agree to go back to Mason. Mason asks her to join him in his father's room. He connects a tape recorder and asks her to explain her usage of the pills...

Episode 344

Brick wants to make Amy believe that he manages to take care of the domestic duties of the home and of Johnny while she works. Amy discovers that he is doing nothing. Sophia and Lionel stopover in a shack left in the middle of the woods of Lake Casidus. Their horse escapes and they resolve to stay there. Sleeping nestled against one another, they don't hear Santana's helicopter and Warren who passes above them. Gina begins confessing to Mason, without realising that he went out of the room to speak with Mary. She tells everything, including the attempted murder of C.C.. She discovers that Mason finally heard nothing. But Mason later shows her the tape which he recorded of her confession. Gina understands that he hasn't listened to it yet. Kirk refuses to let Cruz see Eden, without telling him that he is unaware himself where she is. Pearl breaks into Kirk's place and doesn't find a trace of Eden. In the Capwell residence, Kirk takes pleasure in announcing to Ted, Mason, Gina and Mary that he is going to marry Eden. Cruz goes to see Kirk and tries to fight with him. Pearl prevents him from it, but Cruz promises retaliation if he causes Eden any trouble...

Episode 345

In their shack encircled by fire, Sophia and Lionel fear for their lives. In an instant of deviation, they kiss each other with passion. Eden goes to the beach house and removes the engagement ring in a tall glass. Cruz arrives and Eden confirms that she is going to marry Kirk. She maintains that their connection broke between them and that she is in love with Kirk. Cruz tells her about Sophia's disappearance. Eden finds Kelly and Ted in the Capwell residence. She confirms to them about her marriage with Kirk. Nick wants to push back a business trip in San Francisco as long as Sophia is missing. But Kelly decides to leave. She mobilises the Capwell jet and requests Dylan to act for them as a pilot. But at the last minute, Nick can't leave with them anymore. Kirk offers Eden to get married today - even. He shows her the dress which he took the initiative of buying it for her. He asks her to carry the ring which he gave her and drives her to the judge's. Cruz finds the engagement ring in the glass. He learns from Kirk's neighbour that Eden and Kirk left to find a justice of the peace. By car, he tears along across the desert to prevent the marriage...

Episode 346

Using an instant of inattention, Gina steals the tape of her admissions from Mason. She records over it with new confessions, in which she simply asserts taking sedatives lately. Mason listens to the tape and promises his revenge to Santana. He writes papers which he shows to both women, stating that he plans to withdraw custody of Brandon from Gina because of her addiction. Because of a bad time, Kelly and Dylan are forced to stop in Santa Rosa. Bothered to have to spend the night in the same hotel room as Kelly, Dylan goes back to sleep in the jet. Alone, he thinks of Kelly. But Kelly joins him with a pizza to have dinner. Cruz arrives in the judge's office and fights with two policemen to be able to enter and interrupt the wedding ceremony between Eden and Kirk. In spite of his intervention, Kirk continues the ceremony and marries Eden. Cruz is arrested and thrown into prison. He calls Julia to pay his bail and be released. Eden and Kirk go back to Santa Barbara and announce their marriage to Mason and Ted. Eden finds it difficult to hide her displeasure. She gets ready to spend her first night together with Kirk, in a hotel room...

Episode 347

Mason makes Gina sign papers withdrawing her rights of custody of Brandon in his benefit. He promises Santana to give the rights to her and offers to leave again in the daytime - even with the child. Gina tries to escape with Brandon, but Santana surprises them. Mason urges Santana to go back home with Brandon. Gina has harrowing goodbyes with her son. Kirk orders a bottle in the hotel room with Eden. But she cracks it and runs to lock herself in the bathroom. Stunned Kirk promises to be patient and to wait for her to fall in love with him eventually. Eden asks him to drive her to the Capwell villa, to hear news about the search for Sophia. On their return to the hotel, she declares to Kirk that she doesn't feel ready to make love with him. She lies down alone in the big bed.  In Santa Rosa, Kelly and Dylan share champagne on board of the jet. They end up making love. After waking, Kelly feels guilty immediately. Ted and Warren arrive with an old family friend capable of helping them to locate Sophia and Lionel in a helicopter. With Mason, they fly over the shack where Sophia and Lionel are resting...

Episode 348

Eden writes Cruz a letter in which she explains that she married Kirk to make him forget her. Kelly and Dylan regret having given into temptation. Dylan considers leaving Santa Barbara to allow Kelly to forget everything. They arrive at San Francisco, where Nick finds them. At their hotel, Nick learns that an editor kept his plan of a book. Mason and Warren manage to locate Sophia and Lionel. They think they are unconscious, sleeping on the floor of the shack. But they are well, and come back immediately to Santa Barbara. Gina tells Mary that Mason took Brandon from her. On her return, stunned Mary asks for an explanation. Mason tells her the whole story. Mary learns that Gina's pills aren't addictives, but that they can cause disturbances of behaviour which were never pointed out to Gina. Mason listens to the tape of Gina's admissions and notes that a part was rerecorded. In front of Kirk, Sophia congratulates Eden on her marriage and goofs by thinking that she married Cruz. She is shocked by this news. Lionel decides not to let Augusta impose on him anymore with her stages of jealousy, especially after two nights alone with Sophia. He goes to the Capwell residence to see her. Augusta follows him. She threatens to put an end to their marriage if he enters to find Sophia...

Episode 349

Lionel chooses to go back to the Capwell residence to find Sophia. She tells him that it is the birthday of their child, Channing Junior. Augusta goes back to the Lockridge residence persuaded that her marriage has ended. In the presence of Brick, Minx reveals proof in her possession which accuses Augusta of having been responsible for the affairs of misappropriation to harm Brick. When Lionel comes back, Augusta makes a scene with him and refuses to think that nothing happened in Lake Casidus with Sophia. She announces that everything is finished between them. Minx intimates an order to leave, not without having revealed the hanky-panky against Brick. Lionel is shocked by her absence of remorse. Augusta leaves the residence, suitcases in hand, having broken two vases of value out of revenge. In the graveyard, Minx spies on Sophia collecting herself at the grave of Channing Junior. Brick announces to Amy of accusations of misappropriation. At Buzz's, they celebrate his birthday. Acting on the district attorney's orders, Eden is driven to the police station for a cross-examination concerning the attempted murder on her father. Knowing beforehand her wrong alibi, Cruz writes her statement alone. Eden doesn't manage to hand him the letter which she wrote to him. After a very cold clash with Eden, Cruz has a violent brawl with Kirk. Joined by Pearl, Cruz has the idea of installing a listening device at Kirk's place...
