Julia demands C.C. to give her the medical records that disappeared regarding his employees as quickly as possible, without this she will take this affair to the judge. C.C. asks Sonny to be reconciled with Julia so that she drops this affair. Thinking he is helping Gina, Bunny trusses Sonny up on a chair and discharges electrical currents to establish where he has hidden the medical records. Gina stops this torture before Sonny gives the answer. Having made the announcement of suspicion on Capwell firms in her news, Eden accepts an envelope containing new results of her amniocentesis: it indicates that Cruz's results are not compatible and that the identity of the father is therefore unknown. At the same time on the set of the studio, an employee of KSB sees a strange person with a small bottle. Cruz learns from the police laboratory that the footprints show certain elements of the rapist. Heather offers Scott to go with her to the snow for the Christmas holidays, but Scott uses his guard as a pretext to decline the offer. Michael goes to Julia's to recover the locket which she thinks to left there in the evening when he remained asleep at home. But Julia lies to him by saying that she did not find it. Back at home, Eden receives a call from the rapist who is very pleased to have forwarded her the true results of her amniocentesis. He challenges her to speak to Cruz about it...

Michael sells Christmas trees to raise funds for the children of Saint Saviour orphanage. Augusta buys one for Julia. She tells her about her memories of Christmas spent with Lionel. Cruz analyses the fingerprints on the bottle which brings him to the employee of KSB. She tells him that the video equipment was also stolen from the studios. Eden expresses her concerns to Heather about the consequences of her child if the father proves to be the rapist. To reassure her, Heather encourages her to meet a child named Chelsea, an orphan whose father was a murderer and a psychopath. Chelsea gives Eden and Cruz a drawing of the Eiffel Tower, whilst outside the orphanage, the mysterious person prowls. Heather understands why Scott is in a bad mood when he tells her about the bad memories of his Christmas spent with his family when he was a child. Michael accepts the visit from Celeste who makes a donation for Christmas to the orphans. He is then joined by Julia who asks him to call Samantha the following day. Eden ends up showing Cruz the results of the amniocentesis which the rapist sent her. Cruz deducts from it that they are surely wrong and that he is himself the father of the baby...
Julia offers Scott and Heather to be the sponsors and godparents of Samantha. Heather criticizes Scott for having accepted without having allowed her the time to give her opinion. He is excused by giving her two tickets for Aspen. Augusta is disappointed not to have been chosen as godmother, but alleviated by T.J. who invites her to have a drink in the Corral. Sophia and C.C. go to Julia's house, asking her to invite them both to the christening, as well as Mason. Bunny gets Sonny drunk with a brew then tries to find out where he hid the famous medical records. But Sonny is not really intoxicated and quits going to Michael's chapel where the christening of his daughter takes place. In The Corral, Bunny intercepts a call from Bert, a security guard of the Capwell firms in search of a prostitute. Dressed up as a woman, he goes with Bert to Mason's office and uses it to spot the chest where Mason is likely to hide his secret files. He notifies Gina of it...
On this day, the birthday of the foundation of the Capwell firms, C.C.'s father, Sonny is the only person to work in the office. Bunny encourages him to take the day off. At Johnny's, Sonny is joined at his table by Celeste who offers him a moment of intimacy. Sonny follows her to a hotel but, discussing Christmas with her, he retracts and leaves again. Dressed up as cleaning women, Gina and Bunny go into Mason's office and blow up his safe with some nitro-glycerine. Sonny learns what has just taken place and tells Gina that he still has half of the files in a safe place. And without the other half which Gina stole, the documents will have hardly any value. Michael surprises the mysterious person near the food at the chapel. He points out his scar on his cheek and asks him for his origin. The person answers that the scar was due to a woman. Brandon gives Michael, for the needy children, the presents which Gina had bought him for Christmas. Ramon Fonseca, a colleague of Cruz's, brings him the laboratory results: both results of the amniocentesis are forgeries. Eden and Cruz have the idea of making him believe that Eden is in the hospital to undergo a second amniocentesis to attract the rapist and to stop him...

Julia goes to the Capwell firms to complain to C.C. about the medical records. And yet once again, C.C. tells her about the impossibility of giving them to her. Gina writes a letter to Santa to ask him for Keith's return for Brandon. But it is Sonny who is at home to give him a meal for the holiday. Sophia, C.C., Kelly and Ted prepare a surprise visit for Eden and Cruz for their next return to the hospital. In Michael's chapel, Julia stumbles on Jack the mysterious person and gets frightened. Brandon, who arrives then, comes to her aid and is hit by Jack. He hits his head on the floor. In the panic, Jack escapes. He goes to the hospital where Victoria recognises him according to the photofit. Cruz then comes into sight from Eden's room and points his revolver on him...
Jack is stopped by Cruz and questioned by him in the hospital. Julia tells him that recognises the man who kidnapped her, but Michael warns her against any hurried judgement. Eden is surprised to discover Sophia, C.C. and Ted by arriving back home. When Ted leaves, C.C. offers Sophia to go to have dinner with him. Under the pressure of Eden, she is forced to accept. Finally, C.C. offers her a Chinese meal on the corner of the fire, hoping to recollect a similar evening when they had ended up spending the night together. After some medical examinations, Brandon can go back home. He reads the history of the birth of Jesus to Gina and Bunny, then helps to decorate the tree. But by hanging the star on the summit, he feels a feeling of faintness. The policemen Ramon continues questioning Jack at the police station when suddenly he agrees to sign admissions...

Brandon is in a coma. Dr Diane Bentley announces that brain damage will result from this. Gina, a desperate person, tries to reach Keith in his hotel in Mexico, but it seems that he already left there. Bunny then calls some "Crazy Joe" to ask him for a service. Zack invites Diane to the theatre. Heather and Scott arrive in their chalet at the mountain. Scott finishes exhausted and very stiff on this first day of skiing. The real identity of Jack, his true name John Russell, is found thanks to the police files. He would have already been judged a culprit of various petty larcenies. Besides, Zack identifies him as the man who he had followed on the street. But Cruz continues thinking that he is not the man who he is searching for: how can an illiterate person have succeeded in evading the police for so long? Julia agrees to let Michael speak to her. In his cell, while he seems to have forgotten to have confessed to Michael in the past, Jack gets worked up and tries to choke Michael...
Michael succeeds in pushing Jack back and goes back to see Cruz. He evades him and it is obvious that Jack does not know about any details concerning the rapes. After a bitter dispute with Eden and Cruz at the police station, Julia agrees to charge Jack only provided that Cruz is persuaded of his guilt. Sophia and C.C. learn from Victoria's mouth that Brandon is in a coma. They are shocked to discover Mason comforting Gina by gripping her arms in the hospital. Eden and Julia decorate Michael's chapel for Christmas when Eden realises that they forgot to invite Santa. Cruz comes to volunteer, but Eden prefers asking Julia to call the one she had seen last year. Julia gives her Kris Kingle's address. Eden and Cruz go there and, by the window of his home, discover a living reindeer...
And it is the same reindeer that we continue to watch in front of a Christmas tree during the end credits of this episode...
Eden and Cruz get details from Kris Kingle for the charity of the orphans of Santa Barbara. The child Chelsea, whom Eden had already met, asks Kris to give her adoptive parents for Christmas. Kris tells her that he has already given this present to Timmy's friend, another child in the past. And it would seem that the friend in question was Cruz's. Kris also made Sonny takes back Mason's identity till midnight. Mason then proves to be very nice with the small orphans and at Julia's with presents intended for Samantha. Eden invites Victoria to share a Christmas meal at home with Chip. Heather and Scott are blocked in their chalet because of a snowstorm. When Scott goes out to get some fresh air after having argued with Heather, he meets a solitary and abandoned person who returns a picture to Scott. He then leaves to find Heather and tells her finally why Christmas puts him in a bad mood: it is in fact at that time that he learnt at the age of ten years that his mother prostituted herself. At the same time in the chapel, Celeste burns a candle for a friend that she says she needs in this period of holidays...

Kris Kingle having sprained his ankle asks Eden and Cruz to assure as for the distribution of presents for all children around the world. Cruz goes up on the sleigh with the elf Malcolm and both leave across the night for a test flight. C.C. learns that Ted lost all his money in the hazardous investments with the commander Hamilton. Furthermore he rolled Ted by reimbursing him only a part of the deal. Gina fills Brandon’s hospital room with belongings. She is surprised to discover that it is Mason and not Sonny who is at his bed, to read him passages of the Bible. In his coma, Brandon imagines Bethlehem the evening of the birth of Jesus. All his fellows are united around him and participate to make this dream truer than nature. In the hospital, when Gina gets ready to go back home for the night, she suddenly feels Brandon’s hand grip hers...
