Holidays are finished for everyone, including for the stars from Hollywood. In the studios, the spots were re-ignited, the sceneries came back to life and the cameras are on again. The new season can begin ! In the studios of NBC, where are shot the episodes of Santa Barbara, the re-opening was done in joy and good mood, despite of all the difficulties of the show in the American surveys. All the team, A Martinez and Marcy Walker first, celebrated, in a relaxed atmosphere and of honest friendship, its recent success at the Daytime Emmy Awards, awarded last June. Santa Barbara, once more, had won the majority of the trophies. In six years, the team won nineteen Daytime Emmy Awards ! The big Mexican buffet which was held in the same studios brought together all the stars of the show, from Marcy Walker (Eden Capwell) to Robin Mattson (Gina DeMott Capwell), through Nicolas Coster (Lionel Lockridge), A Martinez (Cruz Castillo), Louise Sorel (Augusta Lockridge) and Carrington Garland (Kelly Capwell). Stella Stevens (Phyllis Blake), John Callahan (Craig Hunt), appeared in Falcon Crest, and Peter Love (Ric Castillo), recently arrived in the show, also took part in the party. Finally for the new faces (Roberta Bizeau, Julie St Claire, Shell Danielson), it was the occasion to present themselves to the public. Haloed of its success, Santa Barbara is ready to face a new season that the producers promise rich in emotions and love intrigues... |
