The monumental fortune of the Capwell family was made with the years, thanks to an entity baptized Capwell enterprises. Created by Emmett, C.C.'s father, they group within them the oil and hotel activities of the family, manage their real and financial properties, and are because of this the object of all the greeds.

As any companies, Capwell enterprises have their offices, situated upstairs in a building of the Santa Barbara center. We enter it by a long corridor with contemporary decoration (geometrical figures drawn on the walls, paintings of modern art…). After the reception office, we enter the heart of the place : the office of the Chief Executive Officer.

Originally offered by C.C. Capwell to his son Mason, the office becomes very fast C.C.'s. The entrance is separated from the rest of the room by a small low wall. On the right by entering, a big window of hexagonal shape offers a view on the city.

To the left of the entrance, a hidden recess offers a space of relaxation around banquettes of grey-blue color, surrounding a big coffee table. The place is used for the moments of respite between two negotiations, or to read the economic press. A big wall planisphere indicates, by indicator lights, the sites of activity of the Capwell Enterprises in the world.

In front of the front door, a second door gives access to private bathroom and toilet. To its left, a recess welcomes the desk of the Chief Executive Officer. On a section of wall, a strange decoration in the shape of hourglass doubtless reminds that time is money, even for the boss of these companies rich of million dollars. To the left of the desk, a safe integrated into a wall allows to hide confidential documents. Gina Capwell and Bunny Tagliatti will blow it up in December 1988, to steal the medical files of the former employees of the Capwell enterprises hidden by Mason.

In 1989, Capwell enterprises change of hand for a while, further to a takeover bid led by Robert Barr for Anthony Tonell. Both men so come, each in turn, to occupy the famous desk, before C.C. takes back the advantage a few months later.

In 1992, we discover for the first time the meeting room, when C.C. is forced to deal with Gina.

We visit also repeatedly the studies of the other employees of Capwell enterprises : David Raymond, who intervenes as a jurist, and Gina, who manages there her new company, Gina Jeans.
