Episode 660

Keith buys dozens of presents for Brandon to persuade him to give up the place where Gina hid the tape. He swallows some helium even to sound like Gina, hoping to make him speak! But Brandon says nothing. Eden and Cruz go to the Capwell residence to see Hayley. She refuses to speak to them at first, repeating that she does not want to see the police. But Cruz manages to persuade her to lodge a complaint. While Hayley is ready, it is finally Ted who discourages her to lodge a complaint, for fear that the drama becomes public because of her name. Mason goes to the prison and tells Kelly that Hayley was raped. Gina hears this news and is confused. She is worried to think of her all alone. She uses a visit to her cell from a cleaning woman to steal a bottle of ammonia from her. She empties it and fills it with water. Suddenly, she tells Kelly that she is leaving this life and starts to drink the bottle. She collapses immediately...

Episode 661

Caroline arranges to meet an old boyfriend. They see Lionel, which makes Caroline feel ill at ease. She goes to the Lockridge residence and swears to him that she does not want to lose him. Driven to the hospital, Gina pretends to be in an unconscious state after her suspected poisoning. Keith arrives at her side and makes a big declaration of love. The doctor shows the results of his examinations to C.C.: it is proven that she drank only water. Gina manages to escape from the hospital and goes to the Capwell residence to see Hayley. She tries to comfort her. But she is surprised by a policeman and arrested. Cruz is upset to learn that C.C. called the prefect so that he finds his place within the police. Ted learns from a waitress at Johnny's that Jake was with Hayley the evening of her rape. He meets Jake and points out traces of scratches on his neck. Ted maintains to Hayley that he knows that Jake is the man who raped her...

Episode 662

Jane and Warren encourage Lionel to excuse Caroline's lies. But since Lionel refuses, Jane packs her suitcases and leaves the Lockridge residence. Lionel phones Augusta and speaks to her about Caroline. Victoria becomes established in Mason's flat and re-decorates his living room, which is not his taste. Jeffrey refuses for Mason to be his lawyer. He thinks that the Capwells are going to let him stagnate in prison. Mason sends Julia to replace him for Jeffrey. In prison, Gina talks with Kelly from the neighbouring cell. She sees Kelly's human side and the trouble which she has caused her. She phones Brandon and asks him to take out the treasure from her hiding-place. In his room, Brandon takes the tape out of his fish aquarium. Gina sends for Sophia, C.C. and for Mason at the police station. She tries to negotiate the delivery of the tape, but C.C. is intractable and gives her divorce papers. Gina opens the plush bear which Brandon brought with him and grabs the tape out, which she gives to C.C....

Episode 663

Cruz takes back his post within the police force. Hayley decides to testify. She goes to see Cruz and tells him all the memories she has of her rape. She also explains to him that Ted is persuaded that Jake is the rapist and that he has decided to take revenge. At the police station, Sophia, C.C. and Mason prove that the tape is legitimate. After some hesitancy, C.C. signs the document which raises his accusations of misappropriation of money against Gina. Kelly is released and finds her parents. She asks that Jeffrey is also released, but Mason explains to her that he is not his lawyer anymore. Kelly meets Jeffrey, who tells him that her family are alright with the attempted abduction in Switzerland and they do not accuse him of it. She goes back to the Capwell residence, but refuses to celebrate her release without Jeffrey. Gina comes to recover some belongings, but C.C. grabs the wedding picture by the window and throws it and some clothes at her. Keith realises that Gina does not consider him to be his friend. Ted finds Jake in the Abernathy stables. He accuses him of having raped Hayley and both men fight. Cruz stops Ted before he goes too far. Jeffrey learns that he was released on bail. He discovers that his benefactor is Kelly, who has arrived to collect him...

Episode 664

Gina becomes established with her suitcases in Keith's flat. Hayley testifies about the rape in front of Keith. Facing the elements which she introduces, Keith is persuaded that the rapist is Jake. Hayley goes back to the Capwell residence and is going to lie down. Jake enters her room by the window and asks her if she really thinks that he could have raped her. Hayley howls. Ted and Cruz run up and arrest Jake. He is driven to Keith's for a cross-examination as a suspect. Ted does not understand why Hayley continues defending Jake. Kelly drives Jeffrey up to a chalet in the forest. She prepares a dinner for him and whilst having dinner tries to be reconciled with him. But Jeffrey stays on his guard. After they kiss each other, Jeffrey tells him that he prefers putting an end to their relationship before going farther...

Episode 665

Cruz doubts Jake's guilt. He asks Julia to defend him. Julia wants to be persuaded first of all his innocence. Jake successfully passes a lie detector test. He tells Julia and Cruz that, the evening of the rape, he met an old homeless woman after he bought some alcohol in a shop. Cruz goes to the shelter, in search of this alibi. Kelly does not understand where the hate that Jeffrey feels for the Capwells come from. They leave the chalet and Jeffrey becomes established in a room of a dirty motel. He asks Kelly to leave him alone. Kelly looks at the back of the signet ring and finds initials " PPC ", the name of the person who gave it to him. She goes to her parents and asks them what they did to Jeffrey has such resentment towards them. Sophia and C.C. do not understand. Kelly asks to see Mason's ring. She finds the same initials, "PPC" there. She discovers they mean "Pamela Pepperidge Capwell"...

Episode 666

Warren forgot his father's birthday. He receives a phone call from Augusta which puts him in joy. A delivery man brings him an invitation during the day at the Orient Express. Lionel is persuaded to find Augusta there. But on his arrival, he finds Caroline there. Cruz sends for Eden, dressed up as a homeless person, in the shelter where Dottie is, Jake's alibi. Eden offers to welcome her at the beach home to have a good bath before questioning her about Jake. But Dottie discovers that Cruz is the police and runs away. Julia announces to Eden and Cruz that she is going to buy a house close to them. The estate agent goofs by talking about baby's room which Julia asked for. Julia makes Eden and Cruz promise to tell no one. At the Capwells, Julia asks to see Hayley to question her about the statement which she made to Keith. Ted, learning that she is Jake's lawyer, refuses to let her see Hayley. He does not understand either that Eden is trying to exonerate Jake. Hayley, still in doubt on the identity of her rapist, sees herself accused by Ted of having encouraged Jake to pay her advances...

Episode 667

Lionel explains to Caroline that he thought that the invitation came from Augusta. He tells her that he is not ready to excuse her. Back at home, he phones Augusta and discovers that she is with another man different to the one that she left him for. After an story which Victoria told her on a surprise marriage, Eden has the idea of organising a ceremony to re-unite her parents. Keith puts Gina in a room in the same motel as Jeffrey. Discovering that he is searching for a new secretary, Gina offers her services to Keith. Eden and Cruz speak to Keith about Dottie and explain to him that she took a bus for Las Vegas. Keith decides that Jake's arrest will still stick. Thanks to her ancient relations, Gina gets information that Cruz has been sent for a mission in Montana. He must drop his inquiry. To thank her, Keith agrees to engage Gina as his secretary. Keith raises all charges against Kelly and Jeffrey. He gives Kelly the tape which exonerated her. Kelly confronts Jeffrey with the fact that she thinks he is Pamela and C.C.'s son, and therefore her stepbrother. Jeffrey explains to her that he is Pamela and Mr Conrad's son, and therefore they are not related...

Episode 668

Pearl helps Julia to become established in her new home facing the ocean. He finds Kelly and announces to her his feelings for her. But Kelly explains to him that she considers him only to be a good friend. Ted refuses for Hayley to call a rape specialist. He wants her to only speak about this drama within the family. Julia finds Hayley alone on the beach. She recommends for her to speak to the psychologist she met after her rape. Jake is released on bail. He goes to Julia's to see Hayley. Julia shows him the door. Gina and Keith get drunk on champagne. She makes him sign a wedding licence without him knowing it. Eden solicits Kelly, Ted and Hayley's assistance to organise a surprise marriage of her parents. She asks Jeffrey to play the piano during the ceremony. Jeffrey also sees himself offering to become a laboratory assistant at the university with Dr Marcus. He tells him that he acts for a Dr Nikolas. Jeffrey finds a photo of Dr Nikolas together with his mother in a photo album. He learns from Kelly that his mother, Pamela, died a month before his arrival in Santa Barbara. He asks her to say nothing about it to Mason. Kelly, shocked, asks him to swear that he will not harm her stepbrother...

Episode 669

Mason gets a partner's post in the law firm where Julia works. He announces the news to her. Hayley decides to meet Dr Sharon Noels to speak about the rape. But, feeling trapped in the office of the psychologist, she escapes by running. Eden makes preparations for Sophia and C.C.'s marriage envisaged for the following day. She makes them believe that she organised a luncheon to make them leave the villa and prepare the gazebo in their absence for the ceremony. But Sophia and C.C. argue about the external help which Hayley needs. Eden is afraid that the wedding is a bad idea. Keith discovers that Gina tried to trap him when colleagues organise a bachelor party for him. Gina is forced to confess her plan. At Johnny's, Brandon tells him that Sophia and C.C. have to get married the next day. Gina promises to Keith not to let this marriage take place...
