Episode 450

Eden and Cruz see the door handle of the bungalow turning. They know that Kirk is behind there, and pretend to make love. Behind the door, Kirk takes out his weapon. Cruz does the same in there. But Mason's arrival, in search of Mary, scares Kirk off. In the Lockridge residence, Ted tries to go back into the room that Gina locked herself in. Hayley helps her aunt by diverting Ted's attention. She feels more and more guilty lying to Ted about Gina. Dylan stops Kelly from howling and begins reading his letter. Kelly heads for the bed where she hid a kitchen knife. She stabs Dylan in the thigh. Alerted by the shouting, Justin runs up and drives Dylan to the hospital. At the convent in Ventura, Mary asks Mother Isabel for hospitality for the next few days. She entrusts her with her distress regarding her marriage, and confesses to a priest. Mark searches for Mary and finds the note which she left him in the guest house. He makes Mason believe that Mary is still in Santa Barbara so that he doesn't find her. Besides, he guesses that it was her who searched through his medical records. Kirk proves to be aggressive towards C.C., to be accusing Eden of deceiving him. C.C. shows Eden the bill of the precious necklace which Kirk bought for her. Eden shows it to Cruz: it was bought the day of her attack at the boathouse, which would tend to exonerate Kirk. Kirk searches for Eden so that she goes to sleep with him...

Episode 451

Sophia asks Mason to record her evidence. She is interrupted by Mark, who insists that she has a biopsy. Still searching for Mary, Mason learns from his private detective, Roy, that he found her trace at the Holy Convent Ann. He goes there, and leaves a candle for Mary's attention. Julia informs David that one of the inspectors saw a testament written by Madeline four days before her death, which disinherited him completely. Cruz questions the jeweller who created Eden's necklace. He promises to come back with a warrant to examine his books. The sprightly jeweller sees Gina after Cruz's visit and asks for 100 000 dollars to falsify his documents. Gina informs Kirk, and said that the jeweller claims 200 000 dollars. Kirk organises a meeting in the ferryboat which drives to the casino. He forces Eden to sleep with him, but Eden resists to make love with him. She makes him believe that she must go to Baja with her father. Kirk puts a bomb in the ferryboat...

Episode 452

Now that he doesn't work for the casino anymore, Pearl tries to sell his taxi-boat. The police arrive at the Capwells to leave Madeline's personal business there. Courtney and Pearl find her agenda hidden in a secret compartment of one of her suitcases. But it is written in an incomprehensible code. Lionel arrives to see C.C. and discovers the book. It proves to be that he was in business with Madeline, and that he met her again and again at the motel. He burns the documents concerning her. Pearl manages to decipher the code belonging to Madeline and shows it to Courtney and Julia, it is the name of the person with whom she had an appointment at the time of her death. Cruz goes to the jeweller Fowler and listens to his telephone messages. He discovers that a call was since made to the Lockridge residence. Kirk hides his bomb in Pearl's boat. Gina and Fowler arrive at the appointment, but Kirk is away. Arriving at the Capwells, he receives Gina's message telling him that in case of her death, she has arranged so that the police have access to the tape of his admissions. Kirk then tears along towards the harbour to get Gina out of the boat. Gina and the jeweller just have the time to leave before the ferryboat blows up. The jeweller packs his suitcases and leaves the city. Gina, worries about Kirk and decides to do the same. She decides to hitchhike and ends up in a truck, heading towards Mexico. The driver speaks about a woman with amnesia whom he met the day before...

Episode 453

Arriving in Tijuana, Mexico, Gina claims to be suffering amnesia. The local police tell Cruz, who identifies Gina and sees her out to Santa Barbara. Sophia goes to Ventura's convent to spend the night there and to think about treating her cancer. Mary recommends her to fight. Mason enters the convent and slips on a priest's morning coat. He hides from Mary and draws a portrait on a wall fresco in the chapel. Justin tries to persuade Kelly that he is not connected to the death of Joe and of Peter. Santana sees herself getting a job as the interior decorator at the casino. But she discovers that it is Kirk who hired her. Fearing for her security, Cruz demands that she refuses post. Kirk installs a listening device in the beach bungalow. In the Lockridge villa, Ted, Hayley and Kirk just learn that Gina was found alive, and that she will arrive with Cruz. Even facing Kirk, she tells him that she remembers nothing. In full storm, she uses a breakdown of electricity to try to run away. But Kirk's threats make her turn towards Cruz. Cruz, who doesn't believe in the amnesia, asks her if she tries to protect herself from Kirk...

Episode 454

Cruz leaves Gina in the presidential suite of the Capwell Hotel. He shows Eden the two-way mirror from the next room. Cruz installed a camera in it which is going to film Gina and he hopes to discover that she is faking her amnesia. Kirk visits Gina. He tries to trap her by showing her Brandon, but Gina says that she doesn't recognise him. She leaves the room and phones Hayley, to tell her that she didn't lose her memory in reality. Thanks to Justin, Kelly has a dream in which she manages to conquer her fright from Peter. At the convent, Sophia announces to Mary that she decided to undergo a biopsy. Mark confirms that she has breast cancer. Sophia goes to the Capwell villa with the intention of being reconciled with C.C.. Mary discovers the portrait of Mason drawn next to the breast on the fresco of the chapel. Mason hides in the confessional so that Mary doesn't see him, but she becomes established there to confess. Nick who is made responsible by Julia for following David, notes that he goes to a room of the Capwell Hotel. Julia searches the room and finds photos of David with a woman. Suddenly somebody arrives. Eden finds the listening device hidden by Kirk in the beach bungalow. Kirk drives Santana there. He makes her listen to what has been recorded on the device. Inside the bungalow, to trap Kirk, Eden starts a recording of a loving discussion between her and Cruz. Cruz enters suddenly and surprises her...

Episode 455

Kelly tries to go back to Nick by explaining to him that she had emotional problems which led her to destroy their relationship. Nick seems ready to excuse her. Julia manages to hide in the room without the man who enters the room seeing her. She follows him up to the Orient Express, where the man gives photos to David in exchange for money. She goes back to the room with Nick and learns that the man is a private detective paid by Madeline, who wanted to get proof of her husband's disloyalty. Nick thinks that the photos are fake. Julia recovers the money from the blackmail and returns it to David. In the chapel, Mary confesses that she is in love with another man, while her marriage is not a happy one. Mason discreetly leaves the confessional without Mary seeing him. But she discovers him later painting on the fresco wall. Because of Kirk, Santana is currently persuaded that Cruz has a relationship with Eden. Cruz asks Eden not to try to trap Kirk all alone. Eden manages to distract the policeman who watches Gina and drives her to the boathouse. She does her best so that she remembers the day when she tried to kill her, going even to the point of promising to return Brandon to her...

Episode 456

Mark encourages Sophia to have an operation. Brick surprises his mother with Mark. Sophia is forced to confess to him that she has cancer. In the bar of the Orient Express, Mark meets a prostitute. They go into a room of the Capwell Hotel and sleep together. Mark is delighted to have conquered his impotence. Mason continues painting on the fresco while hiding from Mary and from Mother Isabel. Again in the confessional, Mary makes Mason believe that she didn't notice him. She tells him that she is well and truly in love with this other man, but that she doubts to be able to trust him. On the telephone, she tells Mark that she has made a decision concerning them. She announces to Mother Isabel that she wants to put an end to her marriage. Gina entrusts simply to Eden that she remembers a man with her in the boathouse. Cruz finds Eden and Gina, but doesn't manage to make her talk anymore. Feeling abandoned by Cruz, Santana launches into an exotic dance in the Orient Express, on Kirk's arm then Mark's arm. She informs Eden that she heard her with Cruz in the bungalow. Eden informs Cruz. Cruz explains to Santana the whole plan which he and Eden have to push Kirk to the limit. On Cruz's advice, Eden gets ready to leave the city with her suitcases. Kirk tries to prevent her, but he is stopped by a pain in his heart. Eden leaves him alone and...

Episode 457

Dylan's doctor announces to him that his wound in his thigh will never be able to completely cure, and that he will continue enduring this all his life. Kelly goes to apologise to Dylan to have hurt him, and explains to him the reasons which led her to act in an irrational way. Dylan excuses her, hoping that she comes back to him. Nick reserved the presidential suite of the Capwell Hotel for Kelly and him. Cruz tells C.C. about Kirk surrounding Eden. He asks him to not change his behaviour in relation to him. Santana finds it difficult not to be distrustful towards Kirk, especially when she finds him in discussion with Brandon. C.C. finds Gina in the cellar where she hid. He promises to return Brandon to her if she manages to remember who was with her in the boathouse. By telephone, Gina threatens Kirk to reveal that he was with her. At the convent, Mary shows Mason that she recognised him. She explains to him that, contrary to what he thought to have understood, she has the intention of breaking up with Mark. Mother Isabel surprises them embracing. Mason draws Mary away on a white horse across the mountains. Mason had two big tents left there. They get changed and embrace each other. Mason puts Mary on a bed...

Episode 458

Mary and Mason spent the night together in the mountains. After a nice day spent together, Mary begins getting worried about what is waiting for them on their return. Brick accompanies Sophia in the hospital for her operation. Augusta, in search of Brick, finds Sophia in her room. She reads her medical records and commiserates in her misfortune. The operation is a success. Kelly leaves small notes for Nick so that he finds her in his suite of the Capwell Hotel. But Dylan intercepts all the notes and follows her trace. He discovers that Justin is the psychiatrist, then threatens Nick in his flat. Sam informs Nick that Dylan entered his home and stole his gun from him. Kirk makes Hayley believe that he is leaving the city. He gives her a 50 000-dollar cheque to be given to Gina. But Gina is wary of what Kirk is likely to do. Indeed, Kirk gives Hayley sleeping tablets and hides her body in a corner of the Capwell residence. C.C. drives Gina up to the boathouse. Gina says that she remembers a man who was hidden upstairs with a gun...

Episode 459

Gina explains to C.C. that the man who forced her to attack Eden claimed to be a jealous man and thought that he had deceived her. But while Eden and Cruz arrive at the boathouse, Kirk phones Gina and makes her listen to Brandon's voice. Having a feeling that he is threatening her, Gina lies to Cruz by describing a physical description of a man very different to Kirk. Eden thinks that he could involve her blackmailer, and tells Cruz about these incidences for the first time. Gina goes to the Capwell villa and Brandon discovers that she is alive. Mason finds lifeless Hayley in the kitchen. Gina uses this time to escape with Brandon. From Mason, Mark discovers that he slept with Mary. He hits him to the face. Dylan finds Kelly in presidential suite of the Capwell Hotel. He tells her that Justin is a psychiatrist and accuses him of having brainwashed her so that she forgets him. He phones Nick and reads him one of the notes by Kelly so that he joins them. Kelly discovers that Dylan is armed...
