Episode 380

Nick and Dylan wake up in the early hours on the beach, having gone through 12.5 miles in swimming. They go to Buzz's and Pearl offers them blankets and coffee. Later, each of them phone Kelly to be reconciled with her. C.C. asks to speak to Gina. She tries to persuade him that she still loves him and that it was Mason who made her sleep with him. Kirk surprises Eden looking at Cruz's photo and at a sports trophy having belonged to him. He asks her to get rid of these memories. C.C. unites the whole family in the atrium, as well as Rosa, Santana and Mary. He begins by congratulating Eden and Kirk on their management of the Capwell Firms during his coma. Mason is left aghast, reminding him of all errors which they made. C.C. then goes to see Gina, whom he accuses of being an illness which polluted him. He orders her to pack her suitcase and to leave the residence. He asks Eden to make sure that Gina steals nothing. Santana pleads C.C. not to let her leave with Brandon, in vain. Eden and Kelly find a jewel and a picture belonging to the Capwells in Gina's suitcase. In front of all the united Capwells, Gina takes them at their words and gets rid of all her business paid with the Capwell money: she undresses in front of them...

Episode 381

Gina leaves the Capwell residence totally naked with only a pair of court shoes on her feet. Barely out, a car stops her: it is Kirk, who leaves her in a hotel. Gina, dressed in Kirk's raincoat, sends for Brandon to spend the night with her. C.C. forbids Kelly to leave for New York. He asks her to confront her problems rather than escaping from them. Cruz goes back to question C.C.. He makes him listen to the tape which he recorded with Gina's advertising text. Stunned, C.C. asks him to stop the inquiry and to close the affair immediately. Cruz criticises him for having put Eden in an inextricable situation by asking her to let him die. Santana suddenly intervenes and asks C.C. once again to return Brandon to her. In front of the united Capwells, she stresses the fact that Channing Junior isn't even Sophia's son. C.C. and Sophia confirm to their children that Channing Junior isn't their brother. All discover that they have a stepbrother who is Brick Wallace. Mason sends for Brick to the residence under a false pretence. Brick learns from Eden and Ted's behaviour that they know. C.C. appears suddenly in the atrium and, by seeing Brick, is very hard words towards Sophia. Brick stands up for his mother, but prefers leaving the villa and his new family...

Episode 382

Lionel invites Sophia on his yacht for a romantic cruise towards Carmel. In the presence of Mary, C.C. asks Mason to pack his suitcases and to leave the residence. On the contrary he offers Mary to become established in the guest house, which really doesn't please Mark. C.C. goes to the Lockridge residence and has a discussion with Minx. He criticises him for having let him raise Channing Junior as his son during all those years. But Minx and Warren remind him that it is Sophia whom he must criticise for this. Dylan isn't delighted to learn that Kelly was made responsible by her father for watching the advance of the casino on behalf of the Capwells. When Kelly discovers that Dylan engaged Augusta, she alerts her father. Dylan, Kelly, Amy and Brick visit the casino, which has advanced well. Mason suggests his father forming an alliance with Augusta to conquer Lionel better. C.C. sees Dylan, but he doesn't criticise him for having hired Augusta. There, he calls into question his professional competences and his participation in the plan. Dylan sends for Brick which he shows, documents in the support of the seriousness of the affair. C.C. validates the plan, leaving Dylan and Brick mad with joy...

Episode 383

Lionel tries to get back together with Sophia and kisses her. But Sophia hopes she can be reconciled with C.C. again and asks him to bring her back to Santa Barbara. C.C. organises a press conference in the villa, where he introduces Kirk to the journalists. He is then going to have lunch in the Orient Express, and sees Mason sitting down at the table with Augusta. He congratulates him with successfully completing their secret plan against the Lockridges. C.C. asks Kirk to go to the hotel where Gina is staying to give her some money. Brandon tells his mother that he was followed by a man after exiting his school. Gina sees the man by the window of his hotel room and persuades herself that he was sent by Santana to kidnap Brandon. She leaves Brandon with Kirk, and goes to see Santana. Santana swears that she didn't send anybody to follow him. Cruz promises her to investigate. The evening arrives; he surprises the man outside Gina's window. The man tells him he is an old redeployed policeman as a private detective, and that he was made responsible for watching Gina and her son. But he refuses to tell him who is paying for his services. Mason finds Mary in the Capwell residence. He kisses her before she goes back to the guest house...

Episode 384

Kelly announces to the journalists of the opening party of the casino the next day. She entrusts Eden that she slept with Dylan. Eden recommends being honest with Nick. Kelly announces to Dylan that she is going to tell Nick everything about their night of love. The detective hired by C.C tells him that the Lockridge yacht came back to Santa Barbara, but that Sophia went down to Monterey. Sophia becomes established in a flat richly decorated which Lionel found for her. Eden gives Kirk a nice car and promises to do everything so that their marriage succeeds. Kirk finds Gina in her hotel room. He gives her a plane ticket for Atlantic City and some money so that she leaves Santa Barbara definitely. Cruz, who watches Kirk with Pearl, questions the man who sold the plane tickets. Gina also goes to the travel agency and tries, in vain, to have the tickets reimbursed. But Kirk learns about this. Rosa dissuades Santana from making Cruz believe that she is pregnant to him so that he agrees to marry her. Santana, ashamed to have had this thought, tries to make it up to Cruz. Cruz goes to the Orient Express to see Eden. He announces to her of a surprise in days to come...

Episode 385

Dylan takes care of last minute preparations before the unveiling of the casino at the party. When Augusta learns that Lionel has 40 % of the establishment, she thinks about resigning. But Dylan reminds her that she has 20 % nevertheless, just like him. Sam recommends to Dylan to cease running after Kelly. Dylan declares his love for her. While the party is going to begin, Kelly and Nick meet in Dylan's office at the casino to discuss honesty. Kirk searches Gina's hotel room in search of his money. He tears the dresses which Gina bought with his dollars. Cruz comes into sight after Kirk's departure. He suspects Gina and Kirk of having a relationship. Cruz's Captain threatens to remove him if it proves that he sabotaged the inquiry into C.C.'s attempted murder. The new inspector in charge of the inquiry questions Pearl about the alibi which he had given Kirk. Cruz goes with him to the luggage office and recovers Kirk's shoe which Pearl had hidden from his flat. Back home, Cruz takes the pink dress found in Kirk's garbage cans and plans to show it to Gina to see her reaction...

Episode 386

Cruz goes to the Capwells to show the pink dress to Eden, but Kirk shows him the door. Cruz goes back to question Rosa. She tells him that it is Gina who gave her leave the evening of the drama. Mary finds Mason's full-scale representation in her bed. Mark comes to search for her to go to the party of the unveiling of the casino. Kelly doesn't tell Nick that she slept with his brother. Nick deducts that she was distant recently because of her reluctance of getting involved. To reassure her, he offers to cancel their marriage for the time being. Dylan understands that Kelly said nothing. With jealousy, he shocks Nick by announcing to him that he slept with Kelly. Kelly comes in and doesn't see Nick's reaction. Once in the Capwell villa, Mark tries to kiss Mary, but she pushes him back. Lionel, after C.C. makes his big entrance at the casino, in front of Sophia and Augusta. He becomes established at a table facing Lionel and requests tokens for a part of poker. Lionel outbids his bet. C.C. offers to put into play their respective part in the casino...

Episode 387

In the early hours, Gina notes that the private detective is still posted in front of the window of her hotel room. She finds a pretext so that he joins her and stuns him with a chair. She discovers in his business that he works for C.C.. In her waking, Eden learns that her father didn't come back at night. C.C. is still at the casino, playing his part of poker with Lionel. Lionel bets the beachfront property, C.C. asks him for the Matisse's pictures, then bids with his pure - Arab blood, one of the planes. Mason even offers them to bet Sophia. Suddenly Gina arrives and attacks C.C. to have organised someone to follow her. To make herself heard, she overturns the cards on the poker table. The party has ended. C.C. asks her to find him at home at 10am, with Brandon. Kelly is on an outboard motor with Nick. Nick refuses to tell her where he is taking her, and then ends up telling her that he knows that she slept with Dylan. Kelly cuts the engine of the boat, and tries to jump into a small canoe to run away. But she falls into the ocean. Nick fishes her out of the water and calls the ambulance: Kelly is hurt on her head. Eden gives a ring to Kirk and asks him to marry her, to simulate a ceremony of a sincere marriage. Gina arrives at the Capwell residence with Brandon. C.C. waits for her in the living room and gives her papers. In their reading, Gina screams...

Episode 388

Everybody rushes to the hospital to learn the news about Kelly. At Dylan's arrival, Nick punches him to the face with his fist. Cruz questions Nick about the circumstances of the accident, when the doctor comes to announce that Kelly is alright. At the casino, Augusta announces to Lionel that she intends to ask the group about her collection of art works on the occasion of their divorce. C.C. demands that Gina sign papers giving him the exclusive rights to Brandon, otherwise he will report her to the police to have tried to kill him. Gina is ruined. She says her goodbyes harrowing and full of tears with Brandon. Santana is delighted with C.C.'s decision and hopes to see her luck turning. Gina goes to Janice's place, to ask for Mason's support. Mason rejects her, and Gina stabs his cardboard reconstruction. She asks Kirk to plead her case to C.C. without letting Eden know that she tried to kill her father. In her hotel room, Gina drunk by drinking whisky thinks about committing suicide with medication. But they knock on her door. A young brown haired woman by the name of Hayley comes and tells Gina that she is her niece...

Episode 389

Gina refuses to let her 18-year-old niece enter. Hayley tells her that she doesn't have any other family besides Gina since her father, Stan, Gina's brother, died one month ago. But Gina is persuaded when Hayley tells her that she comes with her father's inheritance. Gina gets a 5000-dollar cheque from her handbag, on the pretext of cashing it in at the bank. In the hospital, Dylan tells Nick that Kelly and he are madly in love and that he can detail their night of love in Santa Rosa if he wants proof. Nick and Dylan almost fight, before being separated by Cruz. C.C. entrusts Kirk that he would really like to have grandsons, now that he lost Brandon. He tells him that his first grandson will receive double the inheritance of his following grandsons. Kirk hastens to offer Eden to make a child. To push back Cruz who asked her to go home, Eden tells him that she and Kirk want to make a baby. Santana has appointment with C.C. in the Orient Express. She is persuaded that he is going to give her the guardianship of Brandon. But C.C. gives her a condition: that she is married to give a stable home life to the child. Santana is devastated. She goes back to Cruz and escapes by running when she sees Eden arriving. Cruz shows the pink dress to Eden, assuring her that he believes in her innocence. Shocked, Eden runs away too. In his car, Kirk spies on this meeting...
