Episode 360

Dylan has an idea of organising a party at Buzz's to celebrate Nick and Kelly's engagement. Mason goes to his father's bedside. He doesn't realise that his father tightens his arm grabbing him. Mark confesses to Mary that he was in love with her at high school, but he didn't dare tell her because he knew about her desire to join the church. Mary is surprised of this revelation. Mason goes to Mark's place to visit Mary and once again finds her in Mark's dressing gown. He prefers leaving, to search for comfort from Janice. He gives her the ring which he had probably envisaged for Mary. Janice and Mason make love. In San Diego, Santana and Cruz go to a hospital where a boy was driven to after a car accident. The vehicle seems to be the one rented by Gina. Santana is worried about seeing her son hurt, but it proves that the young boy isn't Brandon. Cruz promises Santana to do everything to help her find her son...

Episode 361

Dylan, who is being helped by Amy and Pearl, prepares a party at Buzz's for Kelly and Nick's engagement. Kelly asks her mother for advice, wondering if she must tell the whole truth to Nick or if lying can sometimes be a solution. After questioning Janice, Mason understands that something happened between Kelly and Dylan. Janice makes him promise to repeat nothing. Dylan goes to search for Kelly on the oil rig. But the engine of his boat breaks down and he finds himself stranded there with Kelly. They hope that Pearl is going to come and rescue them. The party begins at Buzz's in their absence. Brick asks for Nick's assistance to identify the baby in Dr McRae's photo, and who could be the "true" Brick Wallace. Nick puts him in contact with the old photographer who took all these pictures of new-born babies in the hospital. The old man, who is senile, lets Brick search his archives. Brick finds a second photo of the mysterious baby there, the name of who appears at the back of the photo. Kirk offers Eden to pay the 10 000 dollars himself demanded by their blackmailer. Eden receives another letter asking her to leave the money in the graveyard. She complies, then goes back there later. In the middle of the fog, she sees a man going up to the place where she left the money. She points at him with her revolver. The man turns around, it is Kirk...

Episode 362

Kirk makes Eden believe that he went to the graveyard to see if the money was still there. He tells her that it was already taken by their blackmailer, but he backtracked to recover the envelope containing the money. Kelly feels bad about being stranded with Dylan on the oil rig. At the party at Buzz's, Nick guesses that something has happened. Mason offers him the use of the Capwell yacht to go to the rig and to see if they are there. At the time when they find them, Nick has a feeling that something isn't clear between them. Brick goes back to the engagement party at Buzz's. He asks Eden for Channing Junior's date of birth. He then runs up to Minx with both babies' photos and tells her that he knows the truth. But Minx locks herself behind a door so that she doesn't have to speak to him. Back at Buzz's, Brick tries to speak to Sophia. He understands that she knows nothing about this and his questions about Channing Junior scare Sophia. Brick goes back to the Lockridge place. Minx finally agrees to answer the questions. Eden finds a new letter typed by Kirk in her car, which tells her to look in the cupboard in her father's room. At the same time, Kirk, dressed in black and in a balaclava, goes to the Capwell's at night. He enters C.C.'s room and hides in the cupboard, with a rope. Still in his bed, C.C. follows him with his eyes. Eden arrives and gets ready to open the cupboard door...

Episode 363

Gina and Brandon take refuge in a seedy hotel on the Mexican border. Gina promises the manager to tell a person of his presence. Santana and Cruz arrive at the hotel in search of Gina. The manager alerts Gina, who has the time to leave in her car with Brandon before Cruz goes into her room. Santana and Cruz restore the strength mutually by kissing each other. Minx explains to Brick that she overheard Sophia confessing to be pregnant by Lionel in the confessional in a church. It is because she didn't accept that her grandson is highly regarded by the Capwell's so she exchanged him at birth with the baby of Wallace herself. While she swears to like him, Brick leaves her alone. Kirk jumps on Eden as soon as she goes up to the cupboard in C.C.'s room and pretends to want to choke her with a rope. Eden howls and runs away. She alerts the guard nurse who calls the police. Eden hears a noise from the loft. She goes there armed with a gun, but sees nothing. Kirk has just had the time to hide. He reappears shortly afterwards in their room, making her believe that he just arrived back from San Francisco. He wants to show Eden how much he loves her by making love finally with her. Kelly and Nick finally arrive at their engagement party held at Buzz's. All the guests kiss each other at midnight for the New Year. Dylan tells Kelly that he thinks that Nick understands everything concerning them...

Episode 364

Augusta decides to sell all the dresses and accessories in spite of the memories they hold with Lionel. Having cheaply sold a part of her past, she regrets her gesture. Brick tells Katie and Glenn that they are in fact the parents of Junior Channing Capwell. He also announces to them that Channing Junior died, and drives them to his grave. Katie, in tears, declares that she still loves him. In the Orient Express, Brick sees Sophia and Lionel. But he says nothing to them. Sophia tells Lionel that Gina kidnapped Brandon. Mason wakes up from the Christmas Eve dinner of the New Year with a hangover. Mary finds Janice in a dressing gown bringing him breakfast in bed. Janice swears to her that Mason is very much in love with her, and recommends she view the video tape which they recorded overnight. Mary looks at an extract where Mason seems to make fun of her, but Mason arrives and forces her to watch it until the end, where he speaks about his love for her. Mark incidentally stumbles on the edition of USA Centerfold with Janice on the cover. He goes home and calls Wendy. It proves to be that Janice is Mark's wife and that, although separated for two years, they have never divorced. After Mark's departure, Janice's mysterious follower tries again to go back home...

Episode 365

Mark gives Janice papers for the divorce. Janice criticises him for having made her perjure herself during a trial for a medical error. Mason tells Eden that he heard her night of love making with Kirk from his neighbouring room. Kirk types a new letter for Eden. But Mason intercepts it and tries to open it with Rosa's knife. Kirk surprises him and recovers the letter. He waits for Eden to have her bath to leave it near their bed. Eden finds the letter and panics at the idea that their blackmailer came into their room. Kirk pretends to also find Eden's lingerie slashed. In Las Vegas, Gina leaves Brandon with a friend leading showgirl. Cruz and Santana find Gina in the airport. As she refuses to tell them where she left Brandon, Cruz places handcuffs on her. Mason phones Cruz and tells him that the prosecutor Patterson cancelled the agreement of guardianship concerning Brandon by the judge. After a fight with bare hands between Gina and Santana, Cruz learns that Gina went back with Brandon to Santa Barbara in exchange for a new agreement of guardianship in her favour. Janice lounges in the bed, without hearing that her mysterious follower entered her home. He surprises her suddenly from behind...

Episode 366

In the private hospital, Mark tells Mary that Janice is his wife and that they are going to divorce. Janice is tied to a chair by the man who entered home. He proves to be the husband of the woman killed by Mark two years before, after a bad reaction to a post surgical treatment. Janice hears Mason arrive and shouts. Mason enters the flat and knocks the man out. Janice asks him to call Mark and tells him that he is her husband. Mary and Mark arrive, but Janice decides to let the man leave, indulgent for trouble. Dylan decides to call the casino "Nick's place". Nick tells Kelly that he realises that something changed in her behaviour since her adventure with Dylan in ghost town. Kirk places 10 000 dollars in a suitcase. He asks Eden to leave it in a warehouse at the request of their so-called blackmailer. Kirk pays a man in a shady bar to hit him in the face, so to pretend to have fought with the blackmailer. Cruz learns that Kirk is in the private hospital Figueroa for grievous bodily harm. He asks Pearl to go to question him. Gina goes back to become established in the Capwell residence having received a document from Mason and Santana returning her guardianship of Brandon. Cruz accuses Mason of being the same as his father by intervening in his own way on the life of the child. Gina disobeys C.C. on his position found by lady of the house...

Episode 367

Janice tells Mason that the man who attacked her called her to arrange to meet him in a bar. Mason goes to his place and becomes established at the table of the man knowing his history. He tells him that his wife, allergic to a type of medication, had told Mark of her allergy in the presence of Janice. That is why, even though he loses his trial, he still considers Mark to be a representative of the death of his wife. Mason tries to alert Mary on this subject, but she doesn't want to hear anything about it. The state of C.C.'s health improves. He even seems to begin finding vision behind his oxygen mask. Gina questions his doctors about possible lesions in case of waking up from his coma. In the private hospital, Pearl questions Kirk about his alleged attack and guesses that he is lying to him. Santana and Cruz spend the evening together. Cruz invites her to the drive to a fast food restaurant that they knew of as secondary school students and they recollect their common youth memories. Cruz goes to the private hospital and finds Eden and Kirk kissing each other. He goes back to Santana's, but she is already lying down. They part without daring to offer to spend the night together...

Episode 368

Eden enters her father's room and screams: she found a pillow thrown on the floor, and C.C. isn't wearing the oxygen mask anymore. Mary discovers that C.C. doesn't need it anymore to breathe. She sends for Mark to study the case. Mason asks a security agent to watch his father's room. Santana and Julia discuss a lawful appeal concerning the guardianship of Brandon. Lionel organises an exhibition of art works in the museum, the highlight of which is an old picture representing young Sophia. Brick finds Sophia and Lionel there talking, but he finally prefers arranging to meet them in the Orient Express. However, once sitting down at the table all three, are interrupted by an urgent call for Sophia. Brick keeps Lionel there, deciding to talk to him. Santana asks Eden to be fair with Cruz and not to let him hope that she could come back to him now that she is married. Gina, anxious to see C.C. waking up, searches Mark's briefcase. She draws a vial and a syringe. She enters C.C.'s room and gets ready to inject the liquid...

Episode 369

Brick drives Lionel up to the Lockridge residence. He forces Minx to tell him the whole truth on his filiations and the exchange of babies at birth. Lionel, shocked, runs up to the Capwell residence to tell Sophia everything. Sophia finds it difficult to believe what Lionel tells her. She arranges to meet Brick in the gazebo of the Capwell property. Stunned Brick says that he doesn't like to be part of his family. Gina has no time to inject the product into C.C., because the guard employed by Mason arrives and shows her the door of the room. Gina tries to rush to go back to it, in vain. Mason surprises Kelly and Dylan talking in the gazebo. He dissuades her from making an error leaving Nick for Dylan. Kelly thinks immediately that Mason tries to blackmail her against his voice at the directorate of the Capwell Enterprises. Nick shows Kelly the photos that he took of her and Dylan. Kelly is persuaded that Nick discovered everything about them, and accuses him of being jealous. Dylan packs his suitcase and goes to announce to Nick that he is leaving Santa Barbara. Mason takes over in front of the door of C.C.'s room. With agitation, C.C. wakes up and gets up from the bed. At night, Kelly runs to join Dylan in the railway station before he takes his train...
