Episode 2090

Ted spends the night with Lily, waiting for her to give him an answer to his proposal. Both, as well as Angela, have waking dreams where they see the destructive effects of their possible union. Julia has no time to use her victory as the elected judge before Mason asks for a re-count of the polls. B.J.'s trial resumes. Arnold calls for Victoria McCarthy to the stand. She testifies that Frank was a victim of harassment from B.J. and of advances which she regularly practiced. She accuses B.J. of having killed Frank and shows the full court a love letter that B.J. would have sent to Frank. Julia asks for a break, granted by Mason. Sawyer is then questioned by Arnold. He admits having seen his sister at the place of crime that evening. Arnold then surprises everyone by calling Dolly, the waitress at the diner, to the bar. He asks her if she saw B.J. the evening of the murder. B.J. remembers that Dolly saw her, a weapon in her hand, at the entrance of the motel...

Episode 2091

The Capwells organise a surprise party for Ted's birthday. Uneasy to find Angela there, Ted officially announces his engagement with Lily. Sophia and C.C. are stunned. Rafe, as Angela, are upset. At B.J.'s trial, Dolly says to have seen B.J. the night of the murder, throwing a weapon into the garbage can at the diner. Julia tries to discredit her evidence by reminding her that the night was dark in the desert and that Dolly suffers from vision problems. But the trouble has been established, B.J. really appears as the perfect culprit. Julia offers Arnold to plead guilty by inferring that B.J. suffers from psychological difficulties. But the district attorney refuses. The re-count of the polls gives Julia an outright victory of the election. Warren tries to help B.J. to remember the events of the evening of the murder. B.J. remembers having come back to the motel and taken a shower, her hands covered with blood holding the famous revolver...

Episode 2092

B.J. thinks that, under the shower of the motel, she tried to erase her fingerprints on the murder weapon. She is so persuaded to have killed Frank. Carla invites Micah, Aurora and Sawyer to toast a glass in a club. Jodie and Skyler join her. Jodie drinks several glasses and sings in a duet with the pianist. She argues with Carla about Micah and both women almost fight. Skyler walks Jodie back to the office, and Jodie, half drunk, tries to kiss him. She faints on the floor. Meanwhile, Warren accompanies B.J. in the room and asks for nothing to arrive to her...

Episode 2093

Ted gives an engagement ring to Lily. Gina is mad with joy, but Lionel guesses that Lily's feelings Ted are not recovering from a true love. Lisa congratulates Lily on her engagement. Lily surprises her phoning Rich and implying that she must be pregnant to have succeeded in being married to Ted. Reese finds Jodie asleep in Skyler's office. She swears that nothing happened between them, even if she does not remember all from the day before. They suddenly realise that in spite of love that they still have for each other, their relationship has outright ended. In the Oasis, Sophia tries to discourage C.C. from preventing Ted's marriage to Lily. Sophia suddenly loses knowledge for a few seconds before finding her mind. She takes a pill which Ken gave to her. C.C. gets worried and phones Sophia's doctor. He learns that he does not follow her medical treatment. Once again, in full debate with Gina and Lionel about marriage, Sophia is a victim of absences. Jodie and Reese go to the court and speak about the trial. Jodie explains that B.J. is going to appear as a sociopath to the eyes of the jury. B.J. arrives and hears her mother...

Episode 2094

Lionel goes to the beauty salon Riley's salon and sees himself getting a massage by a very sexy masseuse. When Gina arrives, he clumsily tries to hide, but Gina ends up finding him. They finish however in the arms of one another. Kelly tells her father about the suspicion concerning Ken and the medicine which he makes Sophia take. She hides one of the pills from her mother to have it analysed by Micah. Micah is in the hospital, on the point to operate on a patient for appendicitis. After the operation, he has a strange feeling and thinks to recognise him. He goes into his room, withdraws his oxygen mask, and recognises his son. Jodie and Reese encourage B.J. to plead guilty of Frank's murder. Warren opposes to it. Questioned in turn on the stand, Jodie and Reese do everything to exonerate their daughter. Julia does not see more than a single solution: have B.J. on the bar...

Episode 2095

Kelly shows Connor the pill which she hid from her mother. Connor identifies it as a powerful sedative to be thrown on the market. Sophia discovers that she lacks a pill. Kelly admits that she took it and warns her against the risks of addiction. Sophia refuses to listen to her, persuaded that she is manipulated by C.C. to harm Ken. In the court, Julia asks B.J. if she killed Frank. B.J. answers negatively, inferring that she was in the desert at the place of the crime with him, but that she did not kill him. Jodie points out with regard to her daughter that she has flashes of the night in question and that she seems to remember events. Just before Arnold questions her, Jodie asks her to abandon the idea of testifying. But B.J. insists to go on. She admits having been in possession of Frank's revolver, but said she did not remember how she obtained it. She sees her confrontation again with Frank a little before his death, the supporter plays it while Frank asks her to return his weapon. Suddenly, she hears a gunshot. She admits to Arnold that it is possible that she killed Frank...

Last episode where, just before the ending credits, one of the characters appears facing the camera announcing one of the storylines treated in the next episode.

Episode 2096

After the semi-admissions of B.J., Julia asks Mason for time to revise her affair. In spite of the opposition from Arnold, Mason grants her a suspension of trial. Lily joins her mother in Riley's salon and announces the telephone conversation which she heard between Lisa and Rich Landers. Gina asks Lisa not to spread any more rumours concerning Lily. Angela goes to Ted's office, near the construction site of archaeological searches. By messing around with him, she breaks an invaluable Indian icon. Angered, Ted insults Angela who slaps him. She follows him to a clearing, and sees him falling in a hole. By searching for him, she falls in there. Julia explains to Warren where to persuade the jury, she wants to reconstruct all the course of suffering which B.J. lived because of Frank. Warren announces to B.J. that she must take the single plane for a trip to a secret destination...

Episode 2097

Sawyer announces to his mother that he intends to marry Aurora. In the hospital, Micah goes at the bedside of the person whom he admitted as his son, Giovanni. He refuses that his father takes care of him. At the arrival of Aurora, Sawyer and Jodie, Giovanni gets up from his bed and faints in their arms. He comes to Aurora as her brother. Aurora is surprised, all the more so as Micah is unable to remember the identity of Giovanni's mother. He asks if he knows that she left Italy for Santa Barbara. Giovanni tells him that his mother died. C.C. gets worried about the common disappearance of Angela and of Ted. Both are wedged in the bottom of an ancient mine. Ted, lying on the ground, is hurt to his leg and exhausted. Angela helps him as much as she can, but knows how to call the ambulance...

Episode 2098

Gina is attentive to organise the marriage of Lily with Ted. Lily recognises on the cover of Lionel's magazine the Indian statuette found by Ted. Lionel thinks that it is impossible and Lily drives him up to Ted's office near the construction site of searches. They find the statuette and just miss chasm where Angela and Ted fell. Skyler is called to the bar at B.J.'s trial. He confirms that B.J. was a victim of sexual abuse, and raises Frank's portrait according to various observations which he could lead. He introduces him as a probable rapist who was himself was a victim of rape. Arnold refutes these accusations and makes Skyler say that he is unable to certify that B.J. suffered from disturbances of conscience at the time of Frank's death. B.J. manifests again and talks about the years of suffering imposed by Frank. Jodie and Reese find it difficult to support what they hear. Arnold tries to call into question statements from B.J.. Suddenly, the door of the room opens and it is Eugene Simmons...

Episode 2099

Micah invites his son, Giovanni, to spend the night in Ballymoor. Giovanni gives him the diary of his mother, for which she had asked him to give him on her deathbed. Micah begins reading it and discovers that Giovanni's mother feared for the company of her son and wanted to prevent him from joining a mysterious organisation. Aurora and Sawyer wonder. Giovanni suddenly joins them in a priest's morning coat, in three months to be ordered to Italy by the Pope. Warren accompanies Eugene Simmons to the court. Julia asks for permission from the judge Mason to send for him to the bar. Eugene immediately admits having abused Frank as himself had been fooled by his two parents in his childhood. He apologises to B.J. to have inflicted abuse on Frank which he then reproduced on her. Arnold does not accept abbreviated g deducting that B.J. could be a victim of Frank. At the exit of audience, Eugene asks B.J. why, in spite of abuse, she decided to kill Frank...
