Episode 1830

Warren phones Lionel and tells him that Cassandra and Mason are about to get married in San Francisco. Lionel goes to see Raymond and, facing David and Angela, iterates his accusations against Angela whom he suspects of being the one who pulled the trigger on Mason. Julia arrived at San Francisco, at the same hotel as the future bride and groom. In their room, Cassandra accuses Mason of wanting to marry her only to tease C.C. and because she would be a trophy, being a Lockridge. Mason reassures her and appeases her. They both attract to persuade themselves and each other that they are in love. In the newspaper offices, Suzanne and Katrina are surprised to see off-loading Warren, back from Russia. He immediately receives Angela's visit, who announces to him that David wants to divorce. Mason is unsettled by the portrait which he saw of Ted. He drives Julia to the park to show it to her. Julia indeed recognises Mason’s brother...

Episode 1831

In San Francisco, Julia and Mason question the street artist who displays Ted's portrait. He tells them that he was left by a woman. They point out a signature, "S.C". . Mason thinks of Suzanne Collier, and phones her to find out if she painted the picture. Suzanne says that she didn’t. Mason is persuaded that it was Eden who left it there. He prefers putting back the marriage until he solves this mystery. Dash announces to Katrina that he resigns from his job as Raymond’s gardener and that he got a doctor's post in the emergency ward of the hospital. Warren receives the visit from his lawyer, Jim Sanford, who encourages him to speak publicly about his alibi, Angela. Sanford goes to Raymond’s and begins questioning Angela. She admits in front of David that she has a relationship with Warren. David makes her understand that if she helps to exonerate Warren, there will remain no more suspicions of her from the flat facing the Oasis.  Mason goes back to see the street artist in San Francisco. He recognises the building painted in the background on the picture: it is in Chinatown. Mason, Julia and Cassandra immediately go there...

Episode 1832

Julia, Mason and Cassandra go back to their hotel with nothing. Mason, nevertheless phones C.C. to announce their discovery. Jim Sanford questions Angela as though she was on the witness stand in the court. David discovers that Warren’s flat in reality belongs to Angela. Suzanne confides in Santana about her feelings for Cruz. Suzanne suddenly remembers that she lived in San Francisco in her younger years, and that it is possible that Eden became established in the room in which she lived in the past. She tells Mason, who goes there with Julia. There, Mason finds a still cool tube of painting, and persuades himself that Eden was really there. He offers to Julia to cancel his marriage with Cassandra if she asks for him back. Julia refuses to answer him and leaves the room...

Episode 1833

C.C. informs Sophia about the discoveries which Mason made in San Francisco. There, Cassandra bears a grudge against Mason to have put back their marriage until he finds Eden and Ted. David makes a surprised call to Julia in her hotel room. Rosa and Santana argue after Rosa finds her daughter in C.C.’s room. She criticises her for trying to get closer to him in spite of what he inflicted to her in the past. In the Oasis, Santana surprises Sophia and Lionel sitting down at the table together holding hands. She goes back to the Capwell villa and, on C.C.’s arrival, goes into her room. She leans forward over the bed, with her back to C.C. so he sees her.  In San Francisco, Ted has his suitcases and announces to his lodgers that he must leave because he does not want to endanger their daughter. Mason finds Julia in her room and gets ready to make a new declaration of love, when he discovers that David is there...

Episode 1834

C.C. quickly understands Santana's intentions and does not remain insensible to the attempts to entice him. David announces to Angela that he intends to leave the marital home. Angela finds Warren at the newspaper office and announces the news to him. In San Francisco, Julia thinks she should go back to Santa Barbara to support Warren, who she knows is an innocent person in spite of what Mason thinks. With Cassandra, they continue searching the facade of the building painted in the background on Ted's portrait. Mason ends up recognising the famous pediment, from any top floor of a building. He runs to enter there...

Episode 1835

Julia and Cassandra follow Mason to the flat which Ted occupied before running away. The Chinese couple possessing the flat spy on three intruders from a hole in the wall. They intervene to ask them to leave. Mason explains to them that he is Ted’s brother, and their lead a word inviting Ted to find him in the flat later during the day. Cassandra phones Lionel to tell him that the marriage was pushed back, but she asks him to say nothing to Warren. Angela makes the demonstration, in front of Lionel and Jim Sanford, that she is capable of lying to the court and of saying that she and Warren are not lovers, while exonerating her. Sophia insists that C.C. forgets her and lives his life again. He asks Craig to occupy Gina for the night while he has dinner in the Oasis with Santana. From the bar, Angela and Lionel notice a dance in the middle of tables. Santana and C.C. go back to the Capwell villa and kiss each other passionately. Craig phones Cassandra, and she tries to make him believe that her marriage with Mason took place. Mason, Julia and Cassandra go back to Ted's flat. He ends up finally appearing in front of Mason, robbed of the angels to find his young brother...

Episode 1836

Santana and C.C. slow down, and then kiss each other again. In the Windsurfer bar where he took her to have dinner, Craig occupies Gina to move her aside from C.C.. Gina ends up avoiding him and interrupts the Santana and C.C. in the Capwell villa. Kelly arrives back from the Caribbean and finds her mother in the Windsurfer bar. Katrina arrives with the portrait of Ted, envoy by Cruz from San Francisco. Sophia is delighted, but lets both young women take it to show it to C.C.. Gina criticises Craig for having invited her to dinner to render service for C.C.. They however end up kissing each other. Mason tells Ted about the last events which he missed: his divorce with Julia, resurrection and his engagement with Cassandra, Eden’s split personality... Nevertheless, he decided to go back to China shortly after he sees his family again. Craig phones Warren’s newspaper in an anonymous way to inform him that Cassandra and Mason are not married. Cassandra urges Mason to marry her the next day, before Warren comes to prevent them from it...

First reappearance of Kelly Capwell, from now on played by Eileen Davidson, since episode 1808.

Episode 1837

Ted does not understand why Mason is going to marry Cassandra while he is apparently in love with Julia. Mason tries to persuade him to stay for his marriage, as a groomsman. But Ted decides to go back during the day to Santa Barbara. Kelly takes a dim view of the rising relationship between C.C. and Santana. She tells Santana her intentions. Katrina listens to Craig's message on the answering machine of Santa Barbara Conscience. But she does not manage to find Warren to tell him. She brings back the message to Kelly. Kelly asks her to say nothing about it to Warren so that he avoids intervening to interrupt marriage. Warren comes back to the office and listens to the message. Kelly arrives at this instant...

Episode 1838

Warren makes Kelly and Katrina listen to Craig's message with a fiddled voice. The two women think that this encouragement to join Cassandra in San Francisco before her wedding is a trap to make her leave Santa Barbara before her trial. Craig tries to frighten Katrina about the controls of immigration, which could make her return to Germany. In San Francisco, Ted visits Mason before flying off for Santa Barbara. Arriving at the Capwell residence, he finds Rosa and makes the acquaintance of Craig. Mason is ready to give Julia a last chance, but she leaves him together with Cassandra. She helps Cassandra to get ready for the ceremony which is approaching. Warren hastens to go there and watches the place of the ceremony, in the Palace of Fine Arts park. Mason arrives first, followed by Cassandra and then by Julia. At the time when violins begin playing a nuptial hymn, Warren throws himself on Cassandra and takes her away. Julia suddenly realises that Cassandra has disappeared...

Episode 1839

Brandon is back, welcomed at the airport by Santana. He finds Gina in the Oasis. C.C. discovers that Ted has already returned and hastens to listen to his stories of his trip in Europe, Asia and Oceania, then his studies of seismology in China. Ted is introduced to Katrina, who seems to be under his charm. Gina arrives and Ted thinks that she is pregnant to Keith. C.C. tells him that it is his stepbrother. Gina learns that Lily, her daughter, tried to phone her. She recollects one of their last discussions. Everybody is invited to dinner in favour of Ted's return, except Craig. Craig threatens Katrina again with losing her visa if she continues seeing Dash frequently. In San Francisco, Mason hears Cassandra shouting and rushes there. He discovers that Warren locked her up in his car. He chases them in one of the limousines which he rented for the marriage. On the way, he changes the vehicle for a taxi, and follows them up to the marina. There, Warren leaves Cassandra in a boat which he rented and starts under Mason's nose. Travelling some kilometres off the coast, the boat breaks down with no petrol. Warren tries nonetheless to get to the Alcatraz island...

First reappearance of Lily "Light" Blake, from now on played by Paula Irvine, since episode 613.
