Episode 1800
C.C.,
Mason and Cruz learn that Sophia revealed to Warren that it was Eden who shot at
her. Sophia announces to C.C. that she is going to see a lawyer the next day to
start the procedure of divorce. A man prepares a bomb in a box and leaves it in
the office of Warren's newspaper, for his attention. Julia informs Dash that
Katrina knows about his past. On her research, she goes to see Sophia and learns
from the Capwells that Katrina sees Dash frequently. C.C. is appalled. Cruz goes
to Warren's office. Fearing that Eden learns by Warren's newspaper what she did
to Sophia, he asks him to abandon the idea of publishing his information. Warren
accepts. Lionel lends Warren the money to reimburse a part of his debts.
Cassandra suggests Mason cancelling the celebration for their engagement, and to
get married without waiting. Mason refuses. Warren offers him not to speak about
Eden in the newspaper if he cancels the marriage with Cassandra. Gina enters
Warren's office and sits down a few centimetres away from the box containing the
bomb. Warren receives an anonymous phone call claiming the payment of the debts.
The anonymous person proves to be Craig...
Episode 1801
Craig
enters the office of Santa Barbara Conscience and finds Gina there.
He gets her outside under a false pretence, some minutes before the explosion of
the bomb. Augusta joins Warren, and takes out one bottle of alcohol in a drawer.
She makes the bottle fall at the time when the bomb blows up. The building
blazes. Fortunately, Augusta and Warren are not injured. From the Oasis,
Cassandra, Mason, Julia and Michael attend the fire and go immediately on the
spot. Warren goes back to the blazing building to try to save Suzanne's painting.
Cassandra is reassured to find Warren safe and sound. In the Oasis, she is
relieved to see Gina. Warren confirms by telephone the reservation of two plane
tickets for Singapore. He finds Mason, and accuses him of being responsible for
the explosion...

Episode 1802
Dash
goes to the Capwells to see Katrina. C.C. asks Craig to throw him out the door.
Mason persuades Katrina to stay in Santa Barbara in spite of his disappointment
contrary to Dash. Warren explains to Suzanne that he is ruined because he had no
insurance at the newspaper. He offers Cassandra to leave with him for Singapore.
Cassandra asks Mason if he was responsible for the explosion at Warren's office.
He denies this, even if he admits having paid a man to scare Warren. He asks
Craig to investigate it for him to know who in Las Vegas financed Warren's debts.
But Craig refuses to render him this service. Cruz invites Suzanne to go with
him to Cassandra and Mason's engagement party at the Oasis. Chip insists that
Suzanne wears a dress belonging to Eden. Dash goes back to see Katrina, and C.C.
tells him that she left for the mountains. Dash is worried, because he knows
that a fire has just started there. Katrina is indeed taken in the middle of the
fire, completely thrown into a panic. Dash finds her, and tries to find access
to take her out...
Episode 1803
Cassandra
announces to Warren that she will not leave with him to Singapore. Gina comes to
move into the gatehouse of the Capwell residence. She tries to commiserate in
C.C.'s distress, who received papers of divorce on behalf of Sophia. Angela
finds Warren on the balcony of the flat overhanging the Oasis, taking aim at
Cassandra and Mason with his gun with a viewfinder. She grabs the weapon and
also sees David in the viewfinder. In mountains, Dash covers Katrina with water
and buries her in the soil. Then, he stretches out and also becomes covered with
soil, until the fire passes. After some moments, he gets up again, awakens
Katrina and both run up to the Oasis. But Dash dreamt: he is still buried in the
forest, and it is Katrina who gets up again first. He sees her giving
mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to him to awaken him. Suddenly, Dash who is buried
comes back to life and thanks Katrina for having saved him. Having made love,
Angela surprises Warren again on the balcony aiming at Mason with the gun...
Episode 1804
Rosa
welcomes Katrina and Dash, back in the Capwell residence. Both get ready for
Cassandra and Mason's engagement party in the Oasis. Warren leaves Angela to
invite each other to the party. He offers Suzanne to work for him on his
newspaper. To begin, he asks her to take pictures of the guests during the party.
C.C. tries to go back to Sophia, but she remains firm on the decision to
divorce. While Warren goes up to Cassandra and Mason, Craig stops him and grabs
the revolver which Warren hid in his trousers. A shooting bursts and blows up a
statue of ice. Cruz sees Warren out to the door of the Oasis. After some
toasting of glasses, Mason toasts Dash, by reminding him that he is the rapist
of his former spouse. Katrina and Dash prefer leaving the party to spend the
night together at the Capwell villa. Cruz tries to comfort Amado further to his
disappointment in love with Katrina. Mason makes a moving statement where he
admits his respect and his love for his father. In the dark, a man wearing a
balaclava climbs the facade of Angela's flat, while she is in bed with Warren.
The man pulls a weapon on Mason, and grazes him to the neck...

Episode 1805
Mason
collapses and panic is established in the Oasis. A doctor arrives and Mason is
immediately driven to the hospital. Warren runs up on the balcony and finds the
weapon. Angela finds Warren looking in the viewfinder of the gun to establish
what happened there, on the terrace of the Oasis. They both leave the flat fast.
Cruz asks Craig to bring Amado back home, who seems to have fallen asleep on a
chair. Craig tries to awaken him, in vain. He understands that Amado died,
killed by the bullet which touched Mason. In the hospital, the doctor announces
that Mason was hurt in the spinal cord, and that he risks remaining paralysed,
if at least he survives. Cassandra and Julia take turns at his bed head. Cruz
announces to all that Amado died. Angela hides the key of Mason's office in
Cassandra's handbag. She goes there in the dark and steals a file concerning her
sister. Mason's heart stops and the doctors revive him. He must be immediately
operated on. Rosa makes a request for his greeting...

Episode 1806
Angela
and Warren fear that the police will end up discovering that they were in the
flat from where the gunshot was fired. Angela is afraid of a scandal if it is
discovered. Warren goes back there by climbing the facade, to recover the weapon
remained hidden in a cupboard. He escapes by the balcony when he hears the
police arrive. Michael enters the flat and finds a cigar in an ashtray. In the
Capwell residence, Dash is sure again and again that Katrina is really
consenting before making love with her. They spend all night together. Angela
and Warren enter Mason's office by breaking-in, and Warren finds a copy of his
recognition of debts there. In the hospital, the doctor announces that Mason's
operation went well. Michael tells Julia and Cruz that he found a similar cigar
to those of Warrens in a flat located on a second floor facing the terrace of
the Oasis. He discovered that the owner of the place is named Warren Lockridge.
Suzanne and Warren develop photos taken during party, noting one of the building
appraises after the gunshot. Warren hopes to see the shooter there...
Episode 1807
Suzanne
discovers with dread on one of the photos, Warren's face, with a gun in his
hand. Warren explains to her that therefore, it is not him who shot at Mason.
Craig tells Katrina that Mason is hurt and that Amado died. Katrina is confused.
Suzanne entrusts to Cruz that she found a full-time place, which makes Cruz
think that she does not plan to search for Eden with him. Suzanne sobs by
explaining that she does not want to be a substitute to Eden. Katrina asks C.C.
to accept her relationship with Dash, without that she will leave the Capwell
villa. Warren arranges to meet Angela following Minx to the Capwell Hotel. He
puts a tape recorder there, hoping to get admissions concerning gunshot. Angela
does the same there for her part. After some minutes, Warren passes to
accusations and Angela discovers that he thinks that she is the shooter...
Episode 1808
Everybody
comes back sad from Amado's funeral. Lionel refuses to think that Julia and Cruz
suspect Warren of having shot at Mason. Angela and Warren discover that they
each recorded their discussions, in the hope that other one confesses to be the
shooter. They realise that they are both innocent persons. An anonymous letter
is sent to Cruz, in whom they recommend him to search Warren's car. Cruz finds a
similar weapon there to the one that killed Amado. He sends for Warren and
questions him about his alibi for the party. Warren explains to him that he was
with a married woman whose name he cannot reveal. Cruz recommends him to change
his mind, otherwise he will go to prison. Warren asks Suzanne to show the photo
to Cruz that she received taking the shooter. He finds Angela and accuses her of
trying to trap him, thinking that she is the author of the anonymous letter...
Last
appearance in the series of Carrington Garland in the role of Kelly
Capwell. It will be necessary to wait for episode 1836 before seeing
Kelly again in the series, now played by Eileen Davidson. |
Episode 1809
Angela
assures Warren that she did not trap him. Cassandra has a nightmare in which an
unknown haunts the corridors of the hospital in search of Mason. She discovers
that it is Warren, who pulls point-blank on Mason, just before she wakes up.
David finds Dash in his court doing some gardening, without knowing that Angela
engaged him. He asks him to leave, but Dash persuades him to give him a chance.
When Angela arrives, David learns who Dash is. Angela is alarmed to see a rapist
prowling in her garden, and returns him, in spite of David's opinion. Cassandra
asks Gina to find the file Cassidy in Mason's office in the Oasis. But Gina
finds nothing. The file is still in the hands of Angela, who shows it to David.
She reminds him that it is his father, the governor, who stifled the affair of
the death of his sister to avoid him any harm. She then goes to the police
station to see Cruz, and announces that she has a statement to be made to him.
In the hospital, Cassandra panics at the arrival of a person in Mason's room...
