Episode 1778

The trial of Dr Jameson resumes. Julia questions different witnesses whom Mason tries every time to discredit. Augusta makes an entrance pointed out in the room of the court, half drunk. Mason tries to show that Santana is not capable of identifying the man who has hit her by having seen the shoes in the darkness. He then accuses Warren, in the stand, of using Dr Jameson to attain C.C. and the Capwells. Angela, sitting at the back of the room, makes sure that the trial does not taint the reputation of her husband. Mason asks Gina to join him in the court in the afternoon. When the trial resumes after a pause, he questions Santana again. He reminds her that Dr Jameson is the doctor who delivered Brandon and gave him up for adoption. He then asks her if all of this is a means to take revenge on him for this event of the past...

She accepts this fact to follow Michael up to the court. The trial resumes and Dr Jameson is called to the bar. He points out the nurse in the room and loses his means. Augusta, completely drunk, renews her outbursts and is arrested in front of the full audience. Julia manages to prove that Jameson received a call from the hospital while he was at the charity event at the Oasis, and while he therefore knew that Santana had escaped the hospital. The hole in his timetable therefore left him the time to find Santana and to hit her with his car. Against all expectations, Dr Jameson makes admissions and admits having drugged patients for the lure of profit. The assembly is surprised, and the trial is earned for Julia and Santana...
