Episode 1610

Craig is released from prison. He visits Kelly in her cell. After a dream in which she sees herself confessing her love to Quinn, Kelly realises that she is pregnant to him. Michael follows Father Merlin up to the Longview sanatorium. He learns that he participates for many years in babies' investments. He confronts him and Father Merlin gives him in writing information relating to Minx as a baby. Michael informs him that he made a big discovery. Keith introduces a hypothetical so-called case of a woman who pretends to have been violated by a friend with whom she has already had a relationship with. He asks him what he would do in this place. Mason deducts from it that it would be impossible to be able to follow the alleged rapist in the same case. Keith thanks him, delighted to inform him that he spoke about Julia and Dash. While she still believed him to be in prison, Dash arrives at Julia's. Augusta orders him to leave and calls the police. Dash proclaims love for Julia and his incomprehension further to the accusations of rape. He is arrested, but Keith releases him. Mason is violent towards Keith, but Keith reminds him that he himself had admitted the impossibility to prove that there was rape. Mason goes to see Julia to tell her the news. She refuses to be comforted, but bursts into tears just after his departure...

Episode 1611

A party takes place in Pacific Bay polo club for the official launching of Capridge Water. Gina goes there with Keith, decided to publicly show the compromising photos of Sophia and Lionel. With the help of Briana, Eden goes back in the past, to the evening when Sophia and Lionel slept together some weeks earlier. By shouting a warning to Sophia, it seems that she hears her and abandons the idea of going further with Lionel. Gina who is behind the window, wanted to take pictures, drops her camera and destroys the film. In Pacific Bay polo club, Sophia and C.C. seem to have forgotten any object of dispute, and Gina suddenly forgets what she had come to do. Keith makes new proposal to Gina. She accepts. Michael follows his research and discovers the identity of the girl named Minx. He joins her in the polo club. While Cassandra passes near them, Michael needs to say to nothing to her so that Minx understands what is happening. Cruz asks Keith to let him take Kelly to visit Eden in the hospital. He threatens him with a compromising audio recording accomplished in his office. Keith complies, before discovering that tapes contain nothing. Cruz drives Kelly to Dr Jamie Lawrence, who hypnotises her to make her relive the night of Quinn's death. In Robert's presence, Kelly says that she sees Eden pulling a weapon on Quinn. She confirms that Quinn had a revolver in his hand at the time of his death. Cruz goes back to see Eden and promises her to quickly discover the whole truth...

Episode 1612

Minx finds it difficult to accept that her child is the foster daughter of the Capwells. Cassandra is taken to her after Minx makes insulting comments towards C.C.. Minx asks Michael to get closer to Cassandra to learn more about her and to help her to get to know her. Michael finds this idea ridiculous and refuses. Gina being fearful threatens Flame and offers Keith to leave without waiting for Las Vegas to get married. Julia tells Mason that she had already slept with Dash before the rape. Cassandra finds a note to accompany Cruz at home with Robert. She proves to have already entered the residence the evening of Quinn's death. She recovers a bag which she had left in the entrance, thinking that Cruz does not see it. Eden asks Briana to help her to take back the time on the evening of murder...

Episode 1613

In the hospital, Cruz tells Craig about the results of the session of hypnosis on Kelly. He tells him that it was in fact Eden who pulled the trigger on Quinn, but that no proof exists to be able to exonerate Kelly. With Briana's help, Eden goes to Robert's home on the evening of the murder. She again sees every scene of the party without being able to intervene, as demanded by Briana. She follows Craig into the loft, but arrives too late to see who stunned him. She sees Kelly taking Robert's weapon, then C.C. trying to enter the home. She sees Robert's arrival then facing Quinn. At the time when she sees a silhouette slip into a passage behind a partition, she is brought back to the present time, in her hospital room. While Cruz and C.C. had smelt Eden's hand earlier in the party, Eden's heart stops suddenly. Briana recommends to Eden to think about times when she was strong in her existence so that her body survives. Eden thinks about the big instants of her life with Cruz, and her body finds some stability. She returns to the evening of the death of Quinn. She goes up to the floor and sees Quinn turning to her, a revolver in his hand. But it is another weapon, held by an unknown person behind her, that, by drawing at the same time as her, kill Quinn. Eden has no time to see who this person is...

Episode 1614

At Eden's bedside in the hospital, Cruz notices a tear on her cheek while he announces his love for her. Kelly's trial for Quinn's murder begins. Keith accuses her of premeditated murder. Mason, who defends Kelly, sends for Cassandra in the bar. She admits having gone to Robert's home the evening of murder. She says to have seen unconscious Kelly, lying on the sofa, but without a weapon in her hands. She is however obliged to manifest that having heard a gunshot, she saw Eden with a weapon. Mason hastens to explain that the weapon found at Craig's is not the murder weapon, and that Kelly's fingerprints could be there without her knowledge. He gets her released. The Capwells celebrate the event in the villa. Kelly confides in her mother that she is pregnant with Quinn's baby. Keith incidentally learns that Kelly had a session of hypnosis and that she remembered the murder. He is delighted about finally being able to arrest Eden and Cruz...

Episode 1615

Minx invites Amado to the family dinner which she organised in the suite as Amado is sad to spend Christmas without his sister. Amado writes a romantic song for Laken that he sings for her. Remembering that the incident of the driver's licence, Stephen asks Michael to help him to understand why Cassandra does not want her fingerprints taken. At the police station, Michael discovers that Cassandra's fingerprints are the same that were raised on the safe of the law firm where Stephen's film was burnt. Stephen announces this discovery to Cassandra and asks her to explain. Julia asks Keith to reconsider his decision not to charge Dash with rape. After her departure, Gina insists that Keith leaves his chance to Julia to be able to defend herself. Dash learns that he has been dismissed from the post within the Blue Sky Brigade, because of the bad advertising which this affair weighs on the organisation. Keith phones Julia and announces to her that he has finally decided to take proceedings against Dash...

Episode 1616

Cassandra refuses to answer Stephen's accusations. Craig arrives to leave a Christmas present for Kelly. Kelly then receives Robert's visit, who tries once again to persuade her that she is in love with him and with his brother. But Kelly shows him the door, while the party of the Christmas Eve dinner at the Capwells is going to begin. Stephen, Craig and Robert meet to spend the evening in Pacific Bay polo club. In Las Vegas where they arrived to get married, Gina, Keith and Brandon meet Nick, an old man who tells them he has lost all his goods because of louts. They claim 7000 dollars to recover the property. Brandon suggests that Keith plays Gina's alliance to earn the money at the casino to help Nick. Brandon guesses that behind this identity Santa is in fact hiding. Keith earns the money and gives it to Nick. Going back to their hotel room, they find presents, of which one is a ring that Keith gives to Gina. In the hospital, Eden's mind has a feeling that she is about to disappear. Briana explains to her that she can't do anything more, and Eden is Eden. Cruz is attracted by light and finds her there. But Eden fades again. He draws her towards him when, suddenly, Eden wakes up in her hospital bed. Cruz is by her side, confused to see her coming back to life on the eve of Christmas...

Episode 1617

Mason spends the Christmas morning with Julia and Samantha. Julia firmly asks him not to use the rape to try to get closer to her. Eden goes back home for Christmas. When she learns that Julia was victim of rape, she goes there to comfort her. After Eden's departure, Julia receives a new visit of the ghost of her father. Dash sees his off-loading father at home. He gets worked up to see that he is interested in him only when he has problems and that he does not seem to think that he could be innocent. In Las Vegas, Phyllis joins Gina and Keith at their hotel. She asks Gina if she is sure to want to marry Keith again. They all go to the chapel with Brandon. While the priest begins the ceremony, Gina suddenly changes her mind. Robert gives Kelly the diary which he wrote poems to her while he was prisoner of Flame and Quinn. Kelly gives an odd present to her parents: their marriage - surprise for the New Year's Eve dinner of the 1st January. A policeman gives a revolver found near Eden's crashed car to Keith's assistant. He gets the fingerprints of Eden and of Cruz. Eden tells Cruz what she saw during her coma. She remembers having found a nail covered with blood in the loft, near where Craig was stunned. She thinks that the true murderer of Quinn had to hurt himself there...

Episode 1618

Gina explains to Keith that she left their wedding ceremony because of the vulgarity of the chapel, dreaming better for her marriage. Keith suspects her of being jealous in fact of Flame. Keith is informed of the revolver which was found. Keith decides to go back to Santa Barbara. Craig hears Kelly phone for an obstetrician appointment. She is forced to confess to him that she is nine weeks pregnant. Eden and Cruz find the nail covered with blood in the loft in Robert's home. They invent a pretext to find out the blood groups of Robert and of Craig. They ask Robert to give blood, hoping be able to compare it with the DNA of the blood found on the nail. Keith lobbies on Dr Jamie Lawrence so that she tells him about the contents of her session of hypnosis with Kelly. But Jamie refuses. She phones Cruz to inform him...

Episode 1619

Amado is upset to know that Laken spends time with her childhood friend Richie Kenyon. He begins thinking that Minx is right by telling him that they are incompatible due to their difference of social class. Laken tries to reassure him. Augusta searches Minx's suite in her absence and finds her diary. She discovers the name of her hidden daughter there, Cassandra, and informs Lionel about it. Augusta especially gets worried about the part of the inheritance which could slip from him. Michael offers Cassandra to spend New Year's Eve with him. In The Lair, Mason hears Dash speaking with his father of a compromising event from his past. Julia goes to Keith's office to claim the arrest of Dash. Keith ends up complying and puts Dash in prison. Mason discovers that Dash was committed in the past after a disappointment in love with one of his married professors. Stephen hires Belinda Bradley, a young lawyer, to defend Dash. He is surprised that a woman is ready to take care of a rape case. Belinda explains to him that she does not care that he is guilty or innocent, and that she wants only to have him cleared...
