C.C. is devastated about the fact that Sophia slept with Lionel. He decides to find him. Sophia pleads him to say nothing to Augusta and not to hit him. C.C. arrives at the home occupied by Lionel on the old Lockridge property. He gets ready to tell Augusta everything, but stops himself. He asks them to empty the place, now that the property belongs to him. Augusta accompanies Amado at the grave of his sister. They then go to The Lair, with Lionel and Laken. Sophia joins Gina in the bar and is stunned to learn that she told the whole truth to C.C. and that her blackmail does not exist. Craig entrusts to C.C. that he has information on Robert's business which could interest him and jeopardise his wedding plans with Kelly. In New Orleans, Eden explains to Roy Beaufort that she entered the home to tell him that a man would have seen Robert. Robert, who is behind the door, manages to free himself from the ties and runs away out of the window. Eden hears Roy phone Flame to tell her that Robert has escaped. In the middle of the night, Robert refreshes himself at the edge of a river and is bitten on his hand by a snake. Undertaking her search, Eden discovers him, lying unconscious on the ground...
Eden wakes up in the early hours beside Robert. She hears him pronounce the name of Quinn in his frenzy. Pointing out the snake bite on his hand, she hastens to leave him in a small boat and sail. Julia and Dash go to Sacramento for business. Mason decides to join Julia at her hotel. He becomes established in her room and organises a candlelit dinner. But Julia spends the evening working in Dash's room. She ends up falling asleep on the sofa, while Mason waits for her. In Santa Barbara, Cassandra is looking after Samantha at Julia's place. Stephen joins her and offers her dinner. Eden arrives in a hospital and gives Robert to a doctor. Roy learns from Flame and Quinn that Eden and Robert were received by a doctor at the local hospital. Eden phones Craig to inform him of his misfortune. But Kelly intercepts the message on Robert's answering machine. Quinn enters the hospital, with a bandaged face. Being helped by Mabel, Flame's aunt, he gets ready to exchange of place with Robert...
Stephen joins Craig on Robert's yacht. He makes peace with him and entrusts him that he is in love with Cassandra. In the early hours, Julia goes back to her hotel room and finds Mason sleeping on a chair. She explains to him that she fell asleep in Dash's room. Mason does not bear a grudge against her, and they make love. Mason asks Cassandra to investigate Dash's ex-girlfriend who died and he discussed with Julia. Harland sends a man to follow Julia and Mason. Gretchen and Mack have a discussion in The Lair. Joining his wife is Harland. Gretchen tells that Mack that he has become menacing and that he is at the origin of her black eye some weeks before. Harland finds Mack in the stables of Pacific Bay polo club and asks him to cease mistreating his wife. They begin fighting, and a gunshot gets Harland down. Mack is stunned by a polo stick, which proves to be held by Gretchen. She leaves a revolver in Mack's hand and shoots. In the hospital, Quinn takes Robert's place. Mabel sees Robert out, who is still unconscious, at his home. Eden finds Quinn and questions him about what has happened, but Quinn says nothing. They are joined by Kelly. Eden explains to her that she followed Flame, Robert and a coffin to New Orleans. Suddenly, Eden is surprised to meet facing Flame...
In the stables, Gretchen begins pouring some petrol on the hay and tries to light a fire, when Mack wakes up and prevents her from it. Michael and the policemen arrive there and arrest Mack. Gretchen pretends to throw herself on Harland, and accuses Mack of having tried to kill her. Mack understands that Gretchen trapped him. Driven to the hospital, he tells Michael his version of events. Meanwhile, Gretchen tries to inject lethal contents into Harland's drip. Michael comes into sight in the room and Gretchen escapes. Mack holds her and Gretchen drops the syringe. She is arrested by the police. Gina arrives to listen to Harland's explanation: if Gretchen misbehaves, she risked losing the right to Harland's inheritance if he died after Tawny turns 21. Craig visits C.C. in the basement of Flame's home. They find the access to the cell and do not realise what it is. In New Orleans, Eden makes Flame tell her that she came for a funeral. She finds a pretext so that Flame follows her up to Quinn's hotel room. She then wants to show Kelly that Robert and Debra London came together to New Orleans. Quinn pretends to criticise Flame for following him everywhere because she thinks he is her boyfriend. Kelly criticises her sister for throwing out wrong accusations concerning Robert and Quinn and asks Eden to leave them alone. Alone with Quinn, Kelly seems to think that Eden is sincerely anxious on this subject...

Mason is jealous knowing that Julia is working with Dash at his flat. He joins them in an impromptu way. Julia and Dash note that they are watched by a man, and Dash thinks that it is a henchman hired by Harland Richard. Bunny tries to get some money to pay for a good lawyer for Annie. He thinks about selling a part of his shares from The Lair. Gina suggests that he make an offer to Stephen, and he proves to be interested. Eden and Craig drive to Flame's home and see the cell in the basement. Eden finds a diary under the bed which she thinks to recognise Robert's writing. Flame arrives and surprises them. She tells them that the cell was already there when she bought the house, and recovers the diary. With C.C., Craig and Eden wonder who Quinn is and who Robert spoke about in his frenzy state. They wonder if Flame could be linked to Anthony Tonell. Robert spends the day with Rhymed, Flame's young cousin. Enthralled by drawing, she draws Kelly's face, guided by Robert. Quinn drives Kelly up to a splendid property in Louisiana, which he reserved for their honeymoon. Kelly suddenly asks him who Quinn is...
Quinn invents a history for Kelly about Quinn with whom he would have been in business at the time of Tonell. He explains to her that everything has finished and that she shouldn't worry. At their hotel, Augusta and Lionel are surprised to see luggage being off-loaded, behind them Minx arrives. Minx seems in better physical health than imagined by Lionel. She also already appears know about the loss of the Lockridge property in favour of C.C.. She proves to be understanding. Laken finds her grandmother and her present Amado. In the Capwell villa, Sophia receives the visit of Belle Sedgewick, the journalist with scandals. With C.C., they pretend to be conciliated and open to the marriage of Kelly and Robert. Trussed up on a bed, Robert asks Rhymed to find Kelly and to show her the drawing which she did of him and Quinn. In the nice residence in Louisiana, Quinn gives Kelly the splendid wedding dress worn in the past by the mistress there. She tries it on, then they make love...

offers Dash to work for the Oasis plan as an adviser. Dash announces this offer
to Julia. Augusta discovers the bill for the Capwell Hotel which she has to pay
for her suite: she is not capable of paying a cent. Minx decides to take care of
it, and asks Augusta and Lionel to leave the room to let her live there alone.
Augusta and Lionel meet on the street, and have no other choice than to go to
become established at Julia and Mason's place. Mack announces that he leaves the
city. Gina, Phyllis and Brandon meet with him for a last dinner in The Lair.
Gina is confused to see her brother leaving. Having dinner, Stephen tries to
kiss Cassandra. But she pushes him back. Stephen accuses her of having feelings
for Mason. Eden discovers with astonishment Carmen and Ric upon returning to
Santa Barbara. Ric explains that Carmen demanded to come back having learnt that
they hurt Harland. While Ric wants to phone Tawny, Carmen demands that he hangs
up and orders him not to deal with the young woman anymore. Tawny discovers that
her father is about to leave the city. She informs Michael about it. Even
without proof against him, Michael decides to arrest him before his departure
for the explosion of the offices at the Blue Sky Brigade and Nikki's death. Eden
tries to dissuade him from it...

Julia has a good time with Dash to repeat the trial which waits for him for the explosion of the bomb in front of the Capwell Firms. Because of a water leak in Julia's kitchen, Dash finds himself soaked and Julia helps him to get changed. Mason returns home and thinks they are hauled down on the sofa rather relaxed. Ric joins Tawny, delighted to find her, in the Bar None. He asks her to drive him up to her father. Michael arrives at Harland Richard's and tries to prevent him from leaving. Harland reminds him that he has no proof against him. Michael gets worked up and attacks Harland, beginning choking him. Tawny and Ric arrive to separate them. Rhymed finds Kelly in the villa and shows her the drawing that she did of Robert and Quinn's faces, and makes her understand that she must follow her. She leads her up to the home in Beaufort. Rhymed is in between Robert's room, but Roy surprises her. He takes out a revolver and threatens to kill Robert. In the middle of the living room, Kelly gets through the door of the room...
Kelly is stopped in her impetus by Mabel, who enters the living room behind her. Mabel invents the whole history, telling her that she is Quinn's mother, the man who would be Robert's enemy, and that he was thrown in prison. She takes Kelly to the door at her home and she goes back to the villa. Michael threatens Harland to arrest him for the acts of violence on a policeman, and asks Ric to say that he saw Harland attacking him. In spite of Tawny's presence, Ric complies and Michael arrests Harland. Tawny refuses to speak to him. Carmen finds her son, and worries about what Harland will be able to say if he is thrown in prison. Ric suspects his mother of not telling him everything. In Pacific Bay polo club, Mason invites of a colleague of Dash's to the table. He questions her on Eileen Becker, Dash's ex-girlfriend who died in the hospital where he worked two years earlier. Dash has a dream where Julia takes Eileen's place. Quinn sends for Roy in the villa and uses him in the role of Quinn, Robert's enemy. Roy pretends to runaway from prison and to want to kill the real Quinn. Kelly disarms him and Quinn organise Roy's fake arrest. Kelly is currently relieved, thinking that Quinn was left behind bars. Robert is still locked up with Rhymed in a room of the home in Beaufort...

Minx tells Lionel that she sent Augusta to Miami to recover the money which she had put there. She wants to buy back the Lockridge property by using an old friend who is today a ruined millionaire, Maxwell Hammer, as an intermediary so that C.C. suspects nothing. Minx introduces Lionel to Maxwell. Whilst talking with Amado, she has the idea of offering to work for him as a driver. Amado accepts and Laken is surprised. At her request, C.C. lets Brandon live with Gina. Gina organises a small holiday for Bunny on return. She tells Bunny about her new plan: become a psychic to help her win lots of money. Brandon finds a letter sent from Macao. Gina recognises Keith's writing on the envelope. Kelly and Quinn are back in Santa Barbara. Discovering what took place at the planting in Louisiana, Flame offers that they leave their plan. But Quinn decides to marry Kelly, and even refuses to kiss Flame, him suggesting that they keep at a good distance for some time. Eden repeats to Sophia the plan of C.C. consisting in making Robert believe that he is going to disinherit Kelly if she marries him. C.C. hopes to see if Robert will change his mind about the marriage. A dinner is organised in the Capwell villa for the engagement. Knowing that only Robert is listening, C.C. pretends to call his lawyer to discuss Kelly's disinheritance. Quinn becomes nervous and goes away from the phone. On his return, he finds Kelly trying on the wedding dress. He escapes by running, fearing a bad omen...
