Episode 1250
Sandra bears a grudge against Ric when she discovers that he has not sold his information about the Capwells to make money, so he can win Kelly's heart. She has new frightening visions of a grave, which she knows is linked to Cruz. Laura leaves Michael's bed and finds Ethan at his office. Ethan knows where she was, and announces to her that he has decided not to go back to Boston. He learns that a gun was found near the beach. Mason, Kelly and Ted prepare the wrong presidential suite for Donald Trask at the Capwell Hotel. Gina, who listens to all their discussions, falls in their trap and persuades herself that Trask has arrived in the city. She hastens to alert Robert. Megan speaks about her illness with Sophia. She tells her that she packed her suitcases and that she is leaving Santa Barbara for a destination which she wants to keep secret. She asks her to hand two goodbye letters to C.C. and Greg. When C.C. arrives, Sophia recommends that he rushes to the airport to find her. Celeste thinks she saw the shooter at the beach bar. Scott asks Heather to hypnotise her to help conquer her memory. But when Celeste begins remembering whom she saw, Laura screams and interrupts the session. Michael wonders whether she could be the shooter...
Episode 1251
Cruz is back from Mexico with his father. Carmen and he meet face to face, and Rafael has a feeling that he is not ready to have his departure excused. Sandra leaves Ric. After new visions, she asks to see Cruz, but Eden prevents her from entering her home. Ethan asks Laura if she slept with Michael. Stunned Laura says that she did not, but admits that she would deny it if that was the case. C.C. finds Megan at the airport, while she gets ready to take a plane for Los Angeles. She demands that he lets her leave, not wanting to become a burden for him. Back home, C.C. is alleviated by Sophia. He gives Greg the letter from his mother, but is too angry with Megan to be able to comfort his son...

Episode 1252
Robert invites Mason to his presidential suite and offers him to work for him for a great deal of money. As Mason refuses, Robert swears that he will not lose grip in his attempt to redeem the Capwell Firm, and that he is ready to fight against Donald Trask. Robert goes to see Cruz and makes the same proposal to Eden who, of course, refuses. C.C. asks his children to be friendly towards Greg after the departure of Megan. Santa Barbara Tribune announces that the revolver found on the beach belongs to Michael. Cruz meets a witness to the death of Leo Mitchell who tells him to have seen a car going to the vineyards where he works, and the driver taking something heavy out of the trunk. Sandra informs Laura and Michael that she had a vision of Leo's body, but that she will speak only to Cruz. Only, Cruz refuses to listen to her. Renfield surprises Ric by speaking to Kelly about their arrangement at the beach bar. Robert informs Ric that he must remain loyal to him, because he has information that can harm Cruz. He shows Ric a compromising file of his brother...
Episode 1253
Ted prints the business papers for the Capwell Firm. He arranges nevertheless to not show his father. Robert makes Ric become his spy in counterpart so that he will not reveal his secret about Cruz. Not very passionate, Ric begins by confessing to him that Donald Trask is not in contact with the Capwells. On Scott's insistence, Celeste agrees to be once again hypnotised by Heather to help her remember the death of Leo Mitchell. But she abandons finally, fearing that Heather could make her reveal the secrets of her past. Scott does not understand why she is eluding this idea. Eden and Cruz investigate the vineyards where a suspicious car was seen the evening of Leo's death. They find gloves with bloodstains in the cellar. Michael, then Laura, also arrive there. Cruz asks them to remain locked up in the cellar while he leads his investigation. In the neighbouring graveyard, Eden and Cruz find a yawning hole and a bloodstained cloth having served for carrying a heavy load. Meanwhile, Laura and Michael begin making love when the police arrive...
Episode 1254
Ethan stops Michael. Cruz asks that Laura is also warned. Julia then surprises her snooping in Cruz's office at the police station. Laura tries to manipulate Julia so that she says nothing about it, but Julia nevertheless makes her understand that she is responsible for Ethan's fury with Michael. Robert calls C.C., Mason, Kelly and Ted to his presidential suite. He informs them that he knows that Donald Trask has never been in Santa Barbara. C.C. accomplishes the strategy doomed for failure which was led by his children, but only talks to Mason. After very hard words against him, he lays him off from the Capwell Firm. Eden is accepted by Robert, who offers her a plan of fusion of their firms. But Eden is not convinced. Mason finds Lisa in the Orient Express and tells her that he knows that she betrayed him. To redeem herself, he offers to help him counter Robert. Lisa reveals some secrets to him, which require time abroad. Mason with his suitcases packed, does not dare to tell Julia that he is leaving. When Julia comes back home, Mrs Cobb hands her a letter from Mason announcing his departure...

Episode 1255
Julia finds it difficult to accept Mason's departure. She goes to the Capwells, but everybody is unaware of where he is. Julia accuses C.C. of being responsible for Mason's feeling of failure. C.C. loses his temper, but Julia is comforted by Sophia, Eden, Kelly and Ted. Sophia offers to merge Armonti Firms with the Capwell Firm to gain weight facing Robert's threats. Cruz finds his father with whom he tries to retie the links of their past. He offers to accommodate him in a room above his garage. Now that he betrayed the Capwells for him, Ric makes a new attempt to recover the file that Robert has on his brother. But Robert is not ready to lose his new mole. Julia visits Robert, before leaving his place to see Gina, with whom Robert celebrates his victory with champagne, before Sophia and C.C.'s arrival. The evening arrives, Julia rocks Samantha promising the return of her father...
Episode 1256
Julia asks Vic Boswell to investigate Mason's disappearance. Eden recommends to her to question Lisa, but she also disappeared. Kelly speaks to Ric about the merge of Capwell / Armonti. Michael finds Sandra searching his flat. She laid her hand on a shirt which Laura had borrowed from him. Persuaded of his involvement in the death of Leo Mitchell, Michael finds Laura at home, in spite of being under police surveillance at her home. Cruz arrives and discovers them embracing each other. He speaks with Laura, who ends up confessing that she saw Leo the evening of his death. While he proved to be menacing towards her, a gunshot blared, killing Leo and allowing her to run away. Michael swears not to be the shooter, in spite of what Laura seems to think. Sandra arrives near a forest where she finds a well identical to the one that she saw in her terrible visions. Laura arrives there. Sandra goes to Cruz to inform him that she has just made a discovery...
Episode 1257
Ted learns from Bunny that Mason came to The Lair the night before and that he took a taxi. He sends for the driver who says that he has driven Mason to the international airport in Los Angeles. To exonerate his brother, Heather gains permission to hypnotise Celeste again. But, even under hypnosis, Celeste does not name the shooter. Scott wonders if it has to do with the fact that Celeste confesses to have known Leo Mitchell from a party in Los Angeles several years earlier. Heather questions Celeste alone, who confesses that Leo was one of her clients in the days when she prostituted herself. Cruz agrees to listen to Sandra, who tells him the location of the well where Leo Mitchell's body is. Cruz refuses to allow her to accompany him there. He is followed by Julia and Ethan, each persuaded that this discovery is going to serve their interest. Eden talks with Sandra and guesses that she thinks that Laura is the murderer. She goes with Julia to see Laura. They inform her that Leo's body was found, and that this will allow them to finally lay their hands on the true culprit. Once the body is identified, Ethan makes Cruz arrest Michael...

Episode 1258
Robert searches for some money to be able to buy the Capwell and Armonti Firms which continue booming. Gina offers him a 4 million dollar cheque for a guarantee to recover the Armonti Firm. Michael is thrown into prison. Heather hypnotises Celeste once again. Celeste remembers having been recognised by Leo the evening of his death, then to have seen Leo being killed while Michael turned back. He cannot therefore be the shooter. They transmit this information to Cruz. Celeste decides to tell Scott the truth about her past as a prostitute. But Scott reacts very badly and prefers leaving to think alone. The ballistic report arrives and shows that the bullet having killed Leo does not come from Michael's revolver. Cruz hastens to release his friend. Michael thinks that Ethan could pull strings to protect Laura. At home, Laura finds a gun in the drawer at Ethan's office...
Episode 1259
Ted informs Julia that Mason would be in Italy. He offers to leave with her to research his company in Rome, but Julia refuses to leave Samantha. Sophia and C.C. organise a party in the Country-club to celebrate the merge of the firms and the victory facing Robert. Ted makes a sound goodbye to his family before leaving for Rome. Ric announces to Kelly that he gives up working for her. Robert makes phone calls to persuade shareholders of Capwell Firms to sell their shares to him. With Gina's big relief, Robert manages finally to get Johnson's agreement, one of the main associates. He sends Gina to announce his victory at the Country-club. C.C. goes over to Robert and refuses to think that he lost. Michael uses Laura and Ethan's absence to search their home. He finds Ethan's revolver in his drawer...
