Episode 1240

Seeing that she is hiding something from him, Michael tries to persuade Laura to confide in him. He blocks the lift of the Capwell Hotel and kisses her. Kelly pushes Ric's advances back, even though he does everything to try to entice her. After questioning a fisherman who is near the shack, Kelly learns that the road is clear again. She accuses Ric of having not told her so she stays with him. On Gina's trace, Eden and Mason burst in following Robert. Robert denies any bad intentions and gets rid of them by off-loading them to Renfield. Lisa shows jealousy by surprising Gina and Robert having dinner in the Orient Express. When he learns that Robert is in town, C.C. has a heart flutter. Mason questions Gina about Robert, and learns that she is using him. He goes back to Robert's and tells him he understands his hanky-panky...

Episode 1241

Kelly and Ric arrive back from Mexico. Eden has a good time seeing them having become collusive. Ric finds Sandra in the presidential suite of the Capwell Hotel. She informs him that she has become an informant for Robert Barr. Ric succeeds in being introduced to the businessman. Whilst seeing them talking, Kelly wonders if she has any reason to trust Ric. Brandon, then Bunny, go to see Robert to threaten him if he intends to be linked with Gina. Scott is proud to show Celeste his finished works in his home. But Celeste refuses to become established there, seeing this home as the representation of Scott's relationship with Heather. She ends up however changing her mind and leaves her suitcases there. Vic Boswell questions Bone, who testifies to have seen Leo Mitchell's body and Michael hanging around near the beach bar the evening with fog. Laura hastens to alert Michael. Ethan jumps on this occasion to search Michael's flat. He finds a watch there belonging to Leo and immediately arrests Michael for murder...

Episode 1242

Thanks to Gina's intervention, The Santa Barbara Tribune announces Robert Barr's attempt to buy back the Capwell firms. C.C. calls his children and during issues with his heart he notes that he cannot count on them to hold the reins of the company. Secretly, he brings his high-cases in the residence. Bunny packs his suitcases and announces to Gina that, disappointed by their indifference, he prefers finding new accommodation. Julia offers her services as Michael's lawyer. Julia believes him to be innocent, and is persuaded he won't stay in prison for a long time as no body was found. Julia meets Laura and recommends that she tells Ethan the whole truth about Michael, Leo Mitchell and Jamie. Ric offers Kelly, Eden and Mason to act for them as a spy once he succeeds in infiltrating Robert Barr's society. In spite of the advice received from his doctor, C.C. leaves the villa and goes following Robert...

Episode 1243

C.C. confronts Robert and tries to prove to be the superiority of the Capwell Firm. Eden and Mason wonder who the spy is that is informing Robert about the society files. Ted thinks that it is Megan. All the more it proves that she met Robert some months before beginning C.C.'s biography. Mason and Ted question Greg, but he has a feeling that they are continuing to exclude him from the family. Eden announces her suspicion to her father, who asks her to accept that he is in love with Megan and that Greg is his son. Eden and Mason argue again to take the reins of the struggle against Robert. Under the fireworks of July 4th, Kelly and Ric kiss each other on the beach. Michael is released from prison, while Laura gets ready to speak to Ethan. She then finds Michael on the beach and offers to help him undo the affair with Leo Mitchell...

Episode 1244

Becoming more suspicious of Eden's accusations, C.C. questions Megan about her knowledge of the business of the Capwell Firms. Infuriated to be referred to as a mole, Megan decides to leave for a few days. Greg decides to take a DNA test to identify his true father because of Mason, Eden and Ted's suspicion. Scott accepts an interesting proposal to follow his boarding school of medicine in New York. When he learns that it is Arthur Donnelly who is at origin of this offer, he finds Heather and accuses her of wanting to move him away from their child. Heather denies having asked her father to intervene. Celeste learns from Michael that he saw Ethan on the beach the evening of the gunshot. Laura tells the whole truth to Ethan about Michael, Leo Mitchell and Jamie. Ethan tells her that he has already known for several weeks and apologises for having proved to be jealous and hard with her. Laura lies to Ethan and joins Michael at home. She tells him that she intends to limit their meetings from now on. From the street, Ethan spies on them with binoculars...

Episode 1245

Facing rivalry between Eden and Mason, C.C. decides to name them both at the head of the Capwell Firm. In the Orient Express, Kelly releases a champagne bottle on Gina and Robert. Sandra bares the plan from Robert: having popularised his plan of redemption of the Capwell Firm, he intends to announce his withdrawal. Counting then on a fall of actions, he will use it to buy a lesser number when it has cooled down. Sandra brings this discovery back to Ric, who hastens to inform Kelly. She joins Eden in the jacuzzi. Bunny decides to forget the travesty with Gina, and asks his uncle to return to the Tagliatti family. He organises an armed man to follow Robert, who leaves a head of a plush horse on the bed, in reference to the film The Sponsor. Michael questions Bone about the night of the gunshot. Ethan pleads Laura to give them a second chance. He asks Vic Boswell to speed up his inquiry into the murder...

Episode 1246

Greg takes a blood test at Scott's health centre. He unites the Capwells in the residence and gets Eden to read the results: the test proves that he is indeed the son of Megan and C.C.. Julia comes to terms with Mason neglecting their law firm to become the joint manager of the Capwell Firm. She surprises Lisa on the telephone announcing the news to an unknown person. Lisa explains that she spoke to a journalist. Later during the day, Mason surprises Lisa viewing Capwell files in his office. Michael finds Laura running on the beach. Wanda and Michael arrive first. Laura invites him for a dive in the ocean. While he dries himself on the beach, a policeman sent by Ethan stops Michael. At the police station, Ethan announces to Julia and Michael that the body of Leo Mitchell was found off Santa Barbara...

Episode 1247

Megan announces terrible news to C.C.: she is seriously ill. Attained by leukaemia for two years, she thought she was in remission, but the illness caught her. C.C. is devastated. Megan decides to speak about it with Greg. Julia gains permission to allow Michael to leave the police station as long as Ethan did not accept the autopsy report of the body found on the coast. To take revenge, Ethan lays off Michael from his job in the warehouses. Mason is persuaded that Lisa is Robert's informant. He confirms his suspicion by studying the telephone notes at the office. Julia reinforces his idea, but they choose to still say nothing to her. Ric learns from Sandra that Robert Barr has a sworn enemy, Donald Trask. He announces it to Kelly, who sees there a means to worry about Robert. Kelly thanks him for the assistance, but Ric pretended to act only for the money...

Episode 1248

Mason follows Lisa to the beach bar, then to the Orient Express. When she sees Robert coming to have dinner there at the neighbouring table with Gina, she loses her temper. She asks Renfield to urgently call Robert to her presidential suite. She accuses him of causing trouble with her in the past and makes the decision to cease working for him. Sandra accepts Robert's money not to reveal what she knows about Lisa. Deciding to play good sport with Ric, she tells him that she knows that he does not love her and that he is just using her, just as she used him to get closer to Cruz. She decides to leave him, not without revealing to him that Lisa is Robert's spy. Ric hastens to inform Kelly of it, who transmits the secret to Julia and Mason. Julia wants to lay Lisa off on the field, but Mason thinks of a plan to use Lisa against Robert. Greg refuses to accept that his mother is dying. After a discussion with Emily, he goes back to the Capwell residence and finds his parents there, who are dancing in the atrium in silence...

Episode 1249

Mason has the idea of making Robert believe that his sworn enemy Donald Trask is en route to Santa Barbara, to help the Capwell Firm fight against him. Eden is not favourable to this operation, but must form a line with Kelly and Ted's vote. Ric is made responsible for transmitting the news to Sandra, who hastens to alert Robert. But Robert already knows about Trask's arrival thanks to Lisa, whom Mason made sure was in the picture. Sandra has new visions which scare her. She follows Ric up to the beach bar, where she finds him kissing Kelly. Laura offers Ethan a last chance to save their marriage by leaving their respective jobs and return to Boston. Ethan accepts, but is surprised not to find Laura at home when he phones her later. He has the confirmation that she is at Michael's. There, Laura announces to Michael her move envisaged for the following day. They kiss each other and make love...
