Gina gets Augusta and Bunny out of prison. They go back to the graveyard to open the coffin of Augusta's aunt. Inside the coffin they find only a simple locket and two pills similar to an aphrodisiac. Michael discovers his completely devastated chapel, but refuses however to lodge a complaint. He accepts a phone call from the rapist who threatens him to attack Julia. Vic Boswell offers his apologies to Cruz for the way he treated Cain at the time when he thought he was guilty. C.C. fears that the research Scott is undertaking on his employees who died of cancer will cause harm to the Capwell firm. He asks Mason to act. Mason hides the medical records of the concerned employees in a safe place. He refuses however to reveal his hiding place to Gina. Eden undergoes her amniocentesis finally. But some hours afterwards, while she has the vision of the rapist coming down the stairs at her home, she falls to the floor and feels a violent pain in her belly. In the hospital where she is driven, Scott can promise to Cruz only the life of the baby is out of danger. At her office, Julia accepts a call from the rapist who arranges to meet him in a phone box if she wants to see Samantha alive. She goes there immediately and is grabbed by him. At the same time, Michael discovers Samantha, on her own, crying in front of the entrance of the chapel...

Last regular appearance in the series of Dr. Arthur Donnelly, although no reference is made here. In his ultimate scene, he accepts that Heather drives him to the airport where he has a flight for a congress in Frankfurt. Arthur will reappear in the series as from episode 1272.
C.C. implicitly refers to Maggie Gillis by speaking to Mason about the first trial the Capwell enterprises knew for responsibility towards one of their employees.

Neither Scott nor Zack can be confident on the state of health of the baby Eden is carrying. Scott has a meeting with Dr James Kinel, the Capwell firms doctor, who tells him that the medical records of the cancerous employees disappeared. In Pop's Place, Sophia makes the aquaintance of Crystal, a prostitute who offers to work with her. Brandon learns that Sonny is spending the nights in Gina's bed. He asks him if he should call him "daddy". Julia is held by the rapist in a small dark room. She is still unaware that Michael recovered Samantha and entrusted her to Heather and Scott whilst trying to find her. Michael is then invited by the rapist to a meeting in the chapel. In the hospital, Cruz intercepts a bunch of flowers intended for Eden. He understands that the rapist must have access to the files of the patients because Eden has, for security reasons, registered under a pretend name...

Eden's baby is currently out of danger. Cruz cross checks all the personnel and patients of the hospital and no one seems likely to be the rapist. Gina hires a private detective to locate Keith. Augusta intends to commercialise the aphrodisiacs that she found in her aunt's coffin by taking them for analysis. Bunny organises a candlelit dinner for Gina and slips a pill in the glass of champagne which he gives her. But the arrival of Sonny and Augusta interrupts his plan. In Pop's Place, Crystal accepts a call from the rapist who asks her to slip on clothes and a brown wig which he left at her disposal and to join him at some address, which is father Michael's address. Father Michael, discovering Crystal with the suit Julia was wearing before disappearing, allows him to link with the rapist. The rapist calls them and, understanding that Crystal did not succeed in deterring Michael, decides to take revenge on Julia. He grabs her violently, trusses her up, and makes her swallow a pill to put her to sleep...

Jeffrey suddenly regained the power of speech. Buffy, who learnt this news, informs T.J about it. T.J. immediately goes to Jeffrey and threatens to kill him if he refuses to continue covering for him. But Jeffrey informs him that as the heir of Kelly, it will be no use to T.J. once he is dead. Michael, thanks to the police files, learns Crystal's real name: Celeste DiNapoli. Thinking that only her could help him to locate the rapist and to find Julia, he goes to Pop's Place and sees Sophia. Sophia goes to the police station and speaks to Cruz about Crystal. Cruz goes to Pop's Place and demands an explanation from Crystal and Michael. As they keep silence, Cruz puts them into a cell until Michael decides to tell him everything about the kidnapping of Julia. Scott and Heather, who still play the baby-sitters for Samantha, organise a meeting between Zack and Dr Diane Bentley in the Country-club. But Samantha creates difficulties and Diane ends up leaving. Back at home, Michael views Julia's tape which the rapist sent him. He discovers that Julia discreetly gets a message to the viewer by sign language. Michael learns where Julia is being kept. For her part, Julia succeeds in undoing her ties and grabs a shard on the floor. When the rapist enters the room, she throws herself on him and tries to plant the shard in his back...

The rapist is fighting with Julia when Michael arrives and scares him off by firing a gunshot. When Cruz and Vic Boswell arrive, the rapist already has succeeded in escaping. After he has Mason's new vision in a mirror at Gina's, Sonny hears on the radio that Julia was found safe and sound. He goes home and, to try to have his behaviour excused, explains to her that another personality took his place for several months. Heather, for her part, grows tired of hearing Scott speaking about marriage and children, especially since Julia came to recover Samantha. Michael stays at Julia's in the evening to keep her company. They end up embracing each other on the sofa of the living room. Cruz and Eden accept a call from the hospital telling them that the results of the amniocentesis arrived. Zack calls Diane and invites her home to have dinner. The evening arrives; the telephone rings: it is the rapist who announces to Diane that he is watching her. Diane, behind her curtains, sees a man on the street. Zack rushes out of the flat in pursuit of the man, then comes back with a balaclava in his hand. He says to Diane that he tore it off the rapist and has succeeded in seeing his face...

Mason succeeded in regaining the upper hand on Sonny. When Gina takes Julia's photo and throws it into the chimney, he loses his temper, locks Gina up in a cupboard and leaves the residence. In front of disconnectedness in the speech of Sonny, Gina is forced to explain all affairs to Bunny. Michael and Julia spend the night together. When arriving at Julia's, Sonny discovers them, embraced in front of the chimney having made love. The rapist enters the hospital and exchanges the file of the amniocentesis with another. Ted surprises the Major Hamilton to reserve a seat for Buenos Aires. He shows C.C. and Sophia the agenda of the Major which he stole from him and all three discover the precise co-ordinates of Eden, of Kelly, but also of the nurse Wendy MacMahon and Elie Windom, as well as all dates and the places of rapes. Ted goes to the hospital, to tell Cruz. Zack succeeds in giving a description of the rapist and a photofit is raised by the police. He shows a perfect resemblance to the Major. Cruz and Eden use this time to ask Zack for the results of the amniocentesis. Zack is sorry to tell them that results are not conclusive to the fatherhood of the baby. C.C. and Sophia intercept Phillip Hamilton at the time when he left his home, suitcases in hand. C.C. holds a revolver pointing at him to prevent him from leaving, but the Major manages to get the weapon from his hands and gets ready to escape when he is finally stopped by Cruz...

Ted says that Ellie Windom, the woman who had in the past accused Cain of rape (appeared in episodes 1058 and 1059), would have in fact been paid in by Phillip Hamilton. It will not be said if this suspicion is proven.

Cruz manages to neutralise Phillip Hamilton and questions him at the police station. The Major, to justify his departure for Buenos Aires, has an alibi of a business trip with Diego Montlova, in the export industry. Vic Boswell, after receiving information, confirms this to be true. Julia and Michael make love again. When Gina comes back home, she discovers Sonny completely drunk after seeing Julia in the arms of Michael. By speaking with him, she understands that she is talking to Mason. Having made love with him, she confesses to pass time with Sonny because he reminds her of Mason. Only Sonny has already sprung back and takes this confession very badly. C.C. offers Sophia to remarry him, but she refuses, using appreciating her independence as an excuse. He then asks her to become at least lovers again. Eden explains to Carmen that the fatherhood of the baby could not be determined by the amniocentesis. When Cruz joins her, he is forced to announce that the Major Hamilton is not the man whom they are searching for...

Two allusions are made in this episode about characters whom will be talked about again only later in the series : Mario Tagliatti, Bunny's uncle, and Jamie, the son of Laura Asher killed accidentally by Michael.

In the early hours, Michael leaves Julia to go back to his chapel. Julia, having accepted Eden's visit, goes to see Scott who wanted to see her. He gives her the file concerning five victims of cancer working on Capwell firms. A radiographer indeed confirmed that the cancer that these workers suffered was due to a toxic material. At the police station, Victoria supports the Major Hamilton saying that he was with her in the Orient Express when Wendy MacMahon was raped. Having questioned Raymond, the old accomplice of the Major, Cruz accepts this. He admits having placed the towel covered with blood at Cain's and made everything appear so that Cain is accused of rape with the intention of revenge after the death of Soo Li. Gina receives a letter from the detective whom she had hired informing her that she has found the trace of Keith in a hotel in Mexico. When talking with Michael, Heather guesses that something happened with Julia. Augusta decides to live at Julia's from now on and takes her suitcases there. While on the beach he has a good time with Eden writing ideas of names for their baby on the sand, Cruz points out traces of shoes resembling those that he already knows...

It will be necessary to wait for episode 1125 before seeing Major Phillip Hamilton again.

Cruz announces the result of the analyses of the traces of footprints to Julia: it is the same as those raised in the hospital room of Cain and in the chapel some days earlier. He then tells her his fears as for the fatherhood of the baby Eden is carrying. Heather finds it difficult to accept that Scott speaks to her continuously about children. She feels neither ready nor capable to raise one with Scott. Michael comes to confide in his sister about his feelings for Julia when she comes and, by accident, interrupts them. C.C. unites his children in the Capwell residence with his announcement that he organised to be married to Sophia this evening. All fear Sophia's reaction which indicates that she did not know. But at the time when the ceremony begins, Julia arrives at the Capwell residence to tell C.C. about the file which Scott has raised against him...

The accusations which Julia makes against the Capwell firms cause C.C. to be angry and put an end to the wedding ceremony. Sophia, shocked by C.C.'s fit of anger, leaves the residence. Sonny accuses Julia of wanting to take revenge and shows her the door. When C.C. finds Sophia in the gazebo, she confirms that she has abandoned the idea of their remarriage. Julia goes to the chapel and declares to Michael that his place must be only to God. She asks him not to continue their relationship. Gina and Brandon leave for Mexico in search of Keith. At the hotel where he is meant to be, Gina is released from the hands of a barman hired by Bunny who had secretly followed them. He gets the number of Keith's room and Gina decides to go there. But hearing a feminine voice behind the door, she prefers turning back. She comforts Brandon by telling him that Keith told her that he loves them and leaves the place without having seen him...
