Reverend in a church of the city, Reverend Sata is now faced with a delicate problem : to provide the funeral service in memory of Gina Blake DeMott Capwell. His problem does not lie in the fact that he knew little about the deceased, but that he does not know how and from whom to find information about her.

When he welcomes Mason Capwell (whom he obviously knows), he hastens to question him. And Mason's answers leave him very perplexed. Especially since he asks him how to give a eulogy to someone who had no quality, no good feeling.

While a violent storm hits the city, Reverend Sata sees the arrival of the few guests of the Capwell family : Mason, Kelly, Ted and Hayley, C.C. and Eden, and finally Pearl and Courtney. Unbeknownst to everyone, including the reverend, a woman wearing a veil on her head takes place at the bottom of the church.

Reverend Sata says a few words of welcome and then asks a member of the assembly to come and say a few words. Mason is the first to talk about Gina. Then Eden evokes a memory between Gina and Brandon. C.C., obliged by Mason's gaze, evokes the memory of the woman he married months earlier. While Kelly's turn arrives, she moves away to see the woman at the bottom of the church, but a power cut prevents her from discovering that Gina is still alive. Ted is the last one to speak, getting angry against the hypocrisy of his family : they all hated Gina... He goes so far as to suggest that they are responsible for the changes in her.

It is a curious ceremony presided over by Reverend Sata where the deceased has the opportunity to discover what her family members think of her. The intimacy and strangeness of this ceremony will be found in other ceremonies of Gina : her wedding with Mason / Sonny and her wedding with Keith, where only members of the Capwell family will be present.
