estate agent in Santa Barbara, Linda Baker takes care of the sale of
luxury properties. Among her clients is businessman Robert Barr, for
whom she had to present a property that match his image. One of the
houses she proposes to him is located at 705 Paseo Del Mar, in an
upscale area of the city.
The
visit of the villa is made in special conditions : it is in the light of
a torch that Linda makes the presentation of the place. The tour begins
with the entrance with its curious black and white checked tile. But it
is the passage on the balcony, and its breathtaking view of the jacuzzi
of the neighbors below, which delights Robert. Indeed, during this brief
visit, Linda explains to Robert that below, it is the house of a police
officer known from the city and his wife : Cruz and Eden Castillo.
Delighted
with his visit, Robert validates with Linda the purchase of this house.
