Santa Barbara arrives with a splash !

NBC took a big gamble when they premiered their newest daytime drama, Santa Barbara, during the Olympic spectacle on ABC.

While the jury is still out on whether the show is destined to succeed, suffice to say that the actors and crew are very excited to be part of the newest daytime drama.

To celebrate the premiere, a gala party was thrown at the Princess Restaurant in Los Angeles, where cast and crew got to meet the press.
