Place of
sorrow and of reverence, often filmed by night, the cemetery is also the place of furtive and secret meetings.
In
1984, Sophia Capwell Armonti's grave (located at the
sides of her son Channing Junior's) serves as strange place of rendez-vous between Lionel Lockridge and Eden Capwell. This is besides there that
they are at the time of the terrible earthquake in November.
It
is also there, in front of Channing Junior's grave, that Cruz comes to
announce to Sophia in tears and to Eden in anger that he comes to arrest Sophia
for the murder of Channing Junior : a key moment of the love story between Eden
and Cruz since it will be there their very first rupture.

Finally,
in 1990, we discover the Capwell crypt. Of an impressive size, it receives the
body of Emmett Capwell, C.C.'s father. It is there that Julia and Mason come to
hide the dead body of Sasha Schmidt, while waiting to solve the mystery
surrounding her death.
