District attorney Keith Timmons lives in the ground floor of a small apartment, its set seeming to be straight taken back from the set of Dylan Hartley's office at the casino Nick's Place. A strange small window with shutters inside in the apartment gives onto the hall of the building.

We enter directly the lounge : a sofa, a desk and some works of art fill the room. Keith receives here his feminine conquests : Santana Andrade, Eden Capwell or Gina DeMott Capwell.

On the wall in front of the entrance, a cupboard inlayed in the wall serves as closet, but also as hiding place for the visitors who broke in (Eden Capwell for example). To the left of the cupboard is put the cat's litter, in which Gina DeMott Capwell will come to hide, to accuse Keith, a tube of medicine having served to drug Santana Andrade.

Keith will keep this apartment until 1987, after which he will settle down the next year in the Lockridge mansion with Gina.
