Episode 1870

Angela and Warren launch a fire in the hotel room from a cigar. They find themselves soaked by the automatic sprinkler system and make fun of it. Gina hears people arrive at the veterinary clinic and escapes through the exit door. Lily is with C.C., remaining locked in a small room. Lily explains to everybody that Gina endures postnatal depression. In the Oasis, Warren asks Angela to tell him what Mason discovered on the death of his sister. Mason declares to Lionel now that Cassandra is free, now would be time to tell Warren that he is not his son to allow them to be able to live their love. Against his liking, Gina introduces Channing III to Mason. She manages to establish that Lily replaces her as a secretary in the Oasis, and negotiated an increase even. Reassured that everything is going well, Gina decides to finally show her baby to C.C.. She enters C.C.'s room, while he is in bed with Santana. She tightens her baby in her arms, to Santana's displeasure...

Episode 1871

In the Oasis, Lily surprises a shady man of whom she thinks to know from Las Vegas. It is Craig's lawyer. Katrina offers to Suzanne to accompany her to buy her new dress for the New Year's party with Cruz. After a visit from David at Sophia's, Kelly confides in Ted that she would like to see David getting closer to their mother. Sophia phones Ted to tell him that she found the ideal man for Kelly: David! Rafael begins to search for Rosa to invite her to have dinner in a nice restaurant. Cruz also invites Suzanne to it. They have dinner, dance together, then return home at the beach. Kelly, Sophia and David spend the evening all together at Sophia's. Lily and Ted kiss each other at midnight in the Oasis. At the same time, Suzanne and Cruz make love for the first time...

Episode 1872

In the early hours, Cruz is uncomfortable in the presence of Suzanne, and she realises it. She offers him to come to have dinner at home in the evening. Kelly goes to see Cruz and is unsettled by Suzanne's presence. Gina accidentally enters Lionel's office and launches the alarm. She hides with her baby behind a screen, while Lionel arrives, armed with a golf club. He tries to make her become aware of her sudden mood changes and tries to persuade her to go to see a psychiatrist. Gina does not listen to him, and decides to move in at home. Kelly offers David to work for her as a lawyer at the Capwell Firms. Ted questions Lily about the secrets of her past in Las Vegas. Lily tells him that she was dancer but nothing reprehensible there. In the Oasis, Gina makes Sophia understand that she knows that she and Lionel have a link. The evening arrives, Cruz goes to see Suzanne. They make love without the dinner. But during his sleep, Suzanne hears Cruz speaking about Eden...

Episode 1873

Lionel discovers that Gina set off the alarm in his office. At the Capwells, Gina has a feeling of faintness having pointed out the presence of another alarm near the front-door. Lily and Katrina call in Dash to treat her. Dash recommends for her to take tranquillizers prescribe by her doctor. But Gina refuses, fearing that they have an impact on her baby whom she breast-feeds. Angela announces to Warren that she bought back the rival newspaper, Santa Barbara Bulletin, and that she gives it to him as a birthday present. Disappointed that Cassandra has him during a crude time feeling guilty to have pulled the trigger on Mason, Warren decides to forget her and to live his relationship more openly with Angela. Mason asks Lionel to tell Warren the truth on his filiation to allow Cassandra and him to be able to live their love entirely. Lionel refuses, having promised Augusta to reveal nothing ever. Mason accepts Cassandra in his office. He declares that he has information which is going to allow her not to envisage anymore impossibilities with her love for Warren...

Episode 1874

Kelly arranges for Sophia and David to have dinner together in the Oasis. Both realise her small game. David then asks her not to try to play with his private life anymore. Mason tells Cassandra that Warren is not Lionels' son, and that they therefore share no blood link. When she discovers that Mason knew this in Singapore and that he hid the truth all this time, Cassandra becomes hysterical. She leaves to get drunk, and tries to phone Lionel. She goes back to see Mason and asks him to let her announce the truth to Warren. Suzanne and Cruz have dinner again together. Having made love, Suzanne hears Cruz calling Eden during his sleep...

Episode 1875

Kelly tries to persuade David that she did not try to push him into Sophia's arms. Cassandra promises to Mason to tell his lies to Julia to discredit him. Lionel is in search of Mason. He understands that he obviously already spoke to Cassandra. Mason visits Craig in prison. He tells him that his lawyer from Las Vegas has already dropped him. Cassandra joins him in his cell. She criticises him for having betrayed their friendship there siding with Mason and is upset to be a friend. Lily and Ted dance in the Oasis after the closing of the restaurant and kiss each other. Cruz wakes up without Suzanne by his side. Tearful, she explains what took place. Cruz tries to assure her about his feelings for her, but Suzanne wants to hear nothing. Decided to protect herself, she lets him leave and bursts into tears...

Episode 1876

Katrina asks Ted to share his knowledge with her on earthquakes for an article which she must write. Suzanne is moody after her break up with Cruz. She gets worked up against Kelly who passed to see Ted simply in Santa Barbara Conscience. Julia and Mason meet in the Oasis to have breakfast. But they do not manage to eat, going non-stop to join Cassandra, and the other one on Warren or Angela. Deciding to tell Warren the truth on her filiation, Cassandra publishes an announcement in the newspaper. Angela discovers it and shows it to Warren: she recommends "W.L". to get closer to his mother to find out more about his father...

Episode 1877

Gina must christen Channing III in the afternoon, but the church proves to not be accessible anymore. She then decides to organise the ceremony in the veterinary clinic where the baby was born. Lily and Lionel accompany her, just as C.C. does. Lionel makes Gina take tranquillizers prescribed by her doctor. Rosa warns Santana on looks which she is going to have to face by accompanying C.C. to the party at the Polo club. There, C.C. disapproves that he invites a Mexican woman. Santana is asked to leave the establishment in pretext that she wears trousers, which is against the regulations. C.C. prefers leaving with her. Cruz joins Suzanne in her flat. He tries to persuade her that she has a place in his life, even if she is not Eden. Stunned Suzanne says that she is searching for magic and that she knows that she will not find it with him. They part, each mourning their separation...

Episode 1878

Sophia arrives at the Polo club and notices the brawl of C.C. with other members of the club. Santana accuses C.C. of having reacted to impress Sophia more than to defend her. To make her forget this idea, C.C. invites her to have dinner in the Oasis, where he sees Sophia. At the office Warren finds a new anonymous announcement where it is a matter of the father of "W.L".. He asks Lionel what he thinks of it. Lionel pretends not to feel concerned. As soon as Warren leaves, he finds Mason and accuses him of being the author of the announcements. Mason swears to him that he is not. Lionel thinks that it came from Augusta, and tries to find her trace after she left her detoxification. At the office Warren finds a birth certificate in his name which does not have the name of his father. Craig promises to Julia to make revelations if she grants him a deal. Julia rejects his offer. She is then joined in her office by a shady man who drives her up to the stables and asks her to wait for his boss. Julia feared being attacked and attempts to run away. Suddenly, she sees Mason arriving, a candlestick and flowers in his hand. He apologises for having frightened her, and asks her to marry him...

Episode 1879

Julia reserves her answer to Mason. A charity party is organised in the Oasis in honour of Cruz. Suzanne dreads having to interview Cruz, and asks Warren to do it. Katrina agrees to lead the interview in his place. Cruz arrives at the party with his father. Rafael joins Rosa, who still evades his advances. Lily meets Frankie, who she knew from Las Vegas and offers her to participate in a juicy affair. Lily rejects the offer, but it attracts Ted who is interested in her past in Las Vegas. Cruz tries to persuade Suzanne that he is ready to get involved in a relationship with her, but Suzanne made her decision. At the end of the party, Mason asks Julia to give him an answer. He is satisfied that she hasn't said no as yet...
