Episode 1850

Warren dictates a leader to Katrina to make them publish in the newspaper the story of the ancestral struggle between the Capwells and the Lockridges. Cassandra asks to make a statement to the judge. She asserts in front of witnesses not to have been a victim of abduction by Warren, but that she was consenting to escape her marriage with him. Mason is left aghast. Cruz learns this news from Warren, in prison. He guesses that Cassandra and Warren had a relationship. Mason finds Cassandra, and she returns her engagement ring to him. She bears a grudge against him to have pushed Marley to arrest Warren. But Mason persuades her to take back the ring, in the hope of possible reconciliation...

Episode 1851

Santana visits Warren in his cell. She tells him about her misfortunes with C.C.. Warren asks Cruz to get C.C. to see him. C.C. accepts the invitation in prison and is persuaded by Warren that Santana and has never been with him. Finding Santana packing her suitcases, C.C. begs for a second chance. Gina overhears Lily and Ted talking, obviously very collusive. David recommends for Angela to remain distant from Warren if she wants to keep her credibility during the trial, to prove to be uncommitted. Angela studies Suzanne's photos of the party and the death of Amado once again. She succeeds in visiting Warren in prison, who dissuades her from trying to trap Craig, who he considers as too dangerous. In the presence of Cruz, Angela and Warren start suddenly having a violent dispute and Angela seems to have decided to distance herself with him. In the Oasis, she announces to David that she has decided to file for divorce the next day. Cruz invites Suzanne to have dinner. At home, he confesses to her to have abandoned the idea of searching for Eden, persuaded that she will come back to him when she decides to. He tells her he doesn't want to speak about her anymore...

Episode 1852

Santana arrives to move back into the Capwell residence. David announces to Julia that when his divorce with Angela is final, he intends to resign from his judge's post. He asks for Julia's help in Warren's defence. Warren's leader appears in Santa Barbara Conscience. Angela and Warren argue again in front of witnesses at the court. In the Oasis, Lionel surprises Angela by making accusations against Warren to Craig. He hastens to inform Warren of this in his cell. But Warren reassures her father on the fact that Angela is still her ally. Warren's trial begins. The district attorney Nathaniel Marley introduces his opening statement against Warren and declares that he intends to ask for the death penalty...

Episode 1853

Dash overhears Craig talking with the man with whom he had fought in a bar to defend Katrina. He understands that Craig paid him for this delinquency. He gives him some money if he confesses to C.C. about his connections to Craig. But the man fears Craig's retaliation if he complies with this request. Shocked by the threat of a death sentence for Warren, Cassandra announces to Mason that everything is definitely ended between them. After the morning session, Lionel asks Mason to stop his furious rage against Warren, in vain. Lionel gets ready to reveal a secret to Warren - that he isn't his real father - but Cassandra's arrival to the prison prevents him from it. The trial resumes, and Cruz asks Suzanne to make Angela's portrait during the session. Warren's lawyer talks to defend his client. Cruz is called to the bar by Marley. He makes him talk about the first incident of the evening of the shooting, when Craig held Warren facing Cassandra and Mason with a weapon in his pocket. He then asks Cruz to identify Warren on a photo taken by Suzanne, where he appears armed with a gun and viewfinder, tilted on his balcony opposite the Oasis. Cruz tries to by-pass the questions not to testify against his friend. At the end of the session, Angela gets closer to Warren and proclaims that he must pay for his crimes...

Episode 1854

In the Capwell residence, Lily receives a call from someone named Herb. She seems to have been in business with him in Las Vegas, before disappearing without having reimbursed any money. To scare him, she tells him that she is under Craig Hunt's protection, which seems to have an effect. Dash tells Katrina about the pressures which he suffers from Craig concerning their relationship. He tells her that he has seen Craig talking with the man who attacked them in the bar. He announces his certainty that Craig is acting only on C.C.'s orders. Ted is excited to have an appointment with Katrina regarding his seismologist's activities. Katrina introduces him to Dash, then entrusts Ted with the suspicion which she and Dash have about C.C.. C.C. discovers that David has resigned from his judge's post to join Warren's defence team. In the Oasis, Angela gets drunk after having seen Julia and David together. Craig drives her home to sober up. He questions her on her disagreement with Warren. Angela uses her momentary absence to search the drawers in her office...

Episode 1855

C.C. gives Santana a string of pearls. He offers her a picnic on the beach, then a dance in the Oasis. Gina, a jealous woman, considers moving to Las Vegas with Lily. Craig repeats her intentions to C.C.. In the Oasis, Ted reads the article written by Katrina. At Craig's place, Angela pretends to feel faint because of the alcohol. Craig walks her back home. Angela goes back to Craig's and is surprised by Dash, who has gone there too in order to search the flat of the man C.C. hired. At Craig's arrival, Dash leaves by the window. Angela pretends to have returned searching for Craig, still under the influence of the alcohol. Craig once again makes her go back home...

Episode 1856

Gina goes to see Craig in the early hours and discovers Angela's presence, who spent the night there. Lily tells her mother that Craig is interested in her only because she is carrying C.C.'s baby.  Dash offers Angela to form an alliance against Craig. Katrina goes to see Craig. She threatens to reveal to C.C. that he threatened to put an end to the visa and that he paid a man to be taken to her. Craig sends for the man whom he had hired to get rid of Dash. He asks him to finish the work. Warren agrees with hesitation to be defended by David, who thinks of Angela and her guilty thoughts. Julia discovers that there is a microphone in his cell, installed by Marley, the district attorney. Angela and Warren continue inventing the opposition publicly. They are almost discovered by Marley...

Lionel appears at only three minutes of the end of this episode, only to pronounce one single sentence !

Episode 1857

C.C. learns from Santana that it is her birthday. He promises her a romantic dinner for this occasion. At Warren's trial, Cruz is called to the bar. The district attorney Marley questions him about the reasons for the arrest and for the death sentence of Warren in Bangkok. Marley also questions Cruz on the inquiry after the explosion in the offices of Santa Barbara Conscience, which remained rambling. It is now Lionel's turn, and then Julia's turn arrives to be called up as witnesses. Marley tries to show long-term tension between Mason and Warren. He suddenly refers to an article with Warren having caused a violent reaction to the Capwells. David intervenes to suspend the hearing. Mason asks Marley not to speak about the article in question, which may bring up the attempt of Sophia's murder by Eden. With the trial recessed Cruz and Suzanne share a tender moment. He tells her that, without forgetting Eden, it's about time for him to be with a new companion. The trial resumes, and Craig is called to the bar by Marley...

Episode 1858

At the trial, Craig presents a testimony against Warren, detailing all the hostility which he was able to show in the past against Mason. Jim Caldwell, Warren's lawyer, tries to compromise him by making him speak about his shady relations in Las Vegas. In the Oasis, Lily notices a man carrying a gun, apparently watching Dash. She brings down a Christmas tree on the man to draw the attention, and warns Dash that he is followed. Dash recognizes the man who had assaulted him with Katrina. Requested by Katrina, C.C. asks to Craig to apologize to have threatened her and swears to her that Craig did not act at his request. Katrina has difficulty in believing him. Cassandra is called as a witness at her turn. She asks to Mason to reveal nothing of her loving past with Warren. She is questioned by Marley, and takes the defense of her nephew. In the evening, Angela breaks in at Craig's. She tries to force the drawer of his desk...

Episode 1859

Mason accuses David of mingling with Warren's defence only to get closer to Julia. Kelly makes criticises Cassandra, whom she accuses of standing up for Warren at Mason's expense. Lionel explains to Cassandra that she must choose between both men. Cassandra decides to return her engagement ring to Mason. Lionel tells Julia that he saw Augusta in the private hospital and that she is confused to have discovered information about their son. Suzanne dresses in a very bare sexy dress for her dinner with Cruz. He also get all dressed up to the nines, ready to confront the city with Suzanne on his arms. Whilst searching through Craig's files in his office, Angela finds the files on each of the members of the Capwell family and on herself. She also finds a gun and bullets. The ring of the telephone puts her into a panic and she goes back home. She calls Craig to arrange to meet her in the Oasis. There, she draws him away to the flat where she was with Warren the evening of the shooting of Mason. Stuck on the balcony, Craig uses his gun to reconstruct the shooting which killed Amado...
