Episode 1780

Outside of the courtroom, Rosa announces to C.C. that she leaves her job and moves out of the Capwell residence, in retaliation for his distrustful attitude towards the accusations which Santana made against Dr Jameson. Gina is a witness to the departure of Rosa from the villa and tries to comfort C.C.. Mason organises a party in the Oasis for Santana and Julia's victory. He notices, a jealous man, David Raymond turn around towards Julia. Angela does the same for her part. Cassandra, as for her, notices Warren dancing with Santana. Julia offers Augusta to help her to conquer her demons, but Augusta refuses to confide in her. The night arrives, Mason visits Julia at home. Julia tries unsuccessfully to pretend indifference, she ends up falling in Mason's arms and they kiss each other...

Episode 1781

Julia pushes back Mason's advances finally after some kisses. Cruz receives the visit of Suzanne Collier at home, who wants to help him find Eden. He offers to accommodate her at home, rather than she gets a room from the Oasis. They go there to have dinner. Cruz congratulates Santana again on her victory in the court. Santana asks Gina to give her a place for Brandon. Moved, Gina accepts. Santana then finds Cassandra, whom she had known when they were children in the Capwell residence. She asks her if she can find her a job in the Oasis. Augusta arrives at Julia's to see Mason. Mason recommends her to write a different letter to Warren to replace the one which he had found in the office. Augusta goes back to the Oasis to see Warren, and tells Cassandra that Mason is with Julia. Mason indeed follows Julia up to the beach. They are of benefit at night to stretch out on the sand and kiss each other...

Episode 1782

Julia and Mason make love on the beach, in the moonlight. Mason offers her to leave to live with Samantha in Paris. David makes the excuse of his job not to go to lie down with Angela. He finally does the cleaning apart, and Angela suspects that it is because of Julia. In the Oasis, C.C. asks Craig to help him to find Ted's trace. Cassandra sees Mason coming back in the early hours and guesses that he spent the night with Julia. She proves to be distant, and informs him that Craig found an investor for the Oasis. Mason floods Julia with presents so that she accepts his proposal. He even re-decorates her home in the colours of France. He waits for Julia to come back and knocks at her door. Julia thinks about her decision...

Episode 1783

When Julia opens the door of her home, Mason already left. C.C. goes to see Rosa to ask her to return work for him at the Capwell residence. Rosa refuses at first, but Santana intervenes to persuade her to accept. For her, the place of her mother still was and will be able to only be in the Capwell villa. Rosa ends up agreeing to come back. Amado informs Cruz that he contacted all hospitals in the region, but that no woman matching the description of Eden was found. Bothered by Suzanne's presence at home, Cruz asks her to go back home to North Carolina during the day. C.C. visits Cruz and talks with Suzanne, of whom he remembers visit to the Capwell villa when she was younger. Suzanne announces to Cruz that she finally decided to become established in Santa Barbara. After several missed chances, Mason finds Julia at home. He asks her what she decided concerning his offer to move with him to Paris...

Episode 1784

Julia answers Mason that even if she loves him to distraction still; she is not capable of envisaging her life with him anymore. Mason leaves again, devastated. Katrina joins Dash in the mountains where he performs community service. She announces her disappointment to have discovered the dark part of Mason and C.C. during the trial of Dr Jameson. Dash dreads even more telling her the truth about his past one day. Angela criticises David for neglecting her for his job. She finds Warren in his office and he questions her again on the death of her sister. Cassandra is worried not to find Mason. Julia assures her that Mason and she have no future together and that Mason is free for her. Cassandra learns that Mason is in his office and tries to enter there, but Mason has locked himself inside. In the dark, he opens a bottle of whisky and begins drinking...

Episode 1785

Katrina and Dash spend the night talking, lying down in the heart of the countryside. Mason finally opens the door of his office to Cassandra. She understands that has badly taken the rejection of Julia towards him. Mason suddenly offers her to leave for Paris with him. On the plane, Cassandra is surprised that Mason has the time to reserve all places in first class only for them. She realises that he had a reservation for a long time, and it was for Julia. She is offended by it at first, before coming to terms with it and sitting down again with him. Mason then offers her to marry him. By reading letters which Eden wrote to Suzanne, Cruz finds an indication which reminds him of White Palace, an old motel in which they had spent a night five years earlier. He asks Michael to accompany him there, persuaded to find Eden there. He finds in the room only a shopping list. By showing it to Suzanne, she recognises Eden's favourite things. Cruz understands that Eden has recently stayed in the motel...

Episode 1786

Angela offers to Warren to speak to her about the death of her sister. She tells him the car accident victim of which this one was, together with David. Gina phones to Mason in his plane and informs it that Rupert Grant, with whom he is in contact, wants to sign during the day the redemption of the parts of C.C. in the Oasis. Mason is then forced to put back his stay in Paris with Cassandra. Gina understands that Mason proposeed to Cassandra, and hastens to inform Warren of it so that he speaks about it in his newspaper. She delays him Mason's telephone number in her plane. This one nevertheless wants to finalise his proposal before coming back to Santa Barbara. He sends for a French jeweller so that Cassandra chooses his engagement ring. Cassandra chooses the most expensive, and agrees officially to marry Mason. Warren phones him and says to her that he will make everything to recover her. He joins then at home Angela, eager not to spend the all alone evening. On board of the plane, Mason begins undressing Cassandra. But this one refuses to make love with him...

Episode 1787

C.C. receives a visit from Julia, Angela and David to help David establish a strategy to get a Senator's post in Washington. Gina brings C.C. the newspaper of the day, which announces the wedding proposal which Mason made to Cassandra on the cover. C.C. is furious. Katrina meets Suzanne while she paints a picture for Cruz. On Santana's insistence, Gina is going to search for Brandon at his summer camp and organises a meeting between them at Cruz's. Santana is happy to see her son again, with whom she talks with in an appeased way. After a discussion with Rosa, C.C. offers Santana to come to work in the Capwell villa. Santana accepts. Cruz learns that Eden was seen taking a plane in San Francisco. He informs C.C. about it, who urges Cruz to find her. Suzanne and Cruz think that by taking the identity of her old friend, Eden had as an objective to make them meet...

Episode 1788

Kelly tries to persuade C.C. to accept the marriage of Cassandra and Mason. They come back to Santa Barbara. Mason discovers that everybody already knows about their engagement thanks to Warren's newspaper. Gina admits her part of responsibility, but accuses Craig of having the first defendant Warren. Cassandra announces the news to her mother. Minx hardly appreciates to see her daughter marrying Mason. Cassandra entrusts to her while Mason regularly helped her in the management of the Lockridge finances these last months. Mason goes to see Julia to officially announce to her that Cassandra agreed to marry him while they were on a trip in Paris. Julia is confused. Everybody is at an engagement party in the Oasis. Minx toasts the future bridegrooms, which upsets C.C even more. Julia prefers going back home, and David follows her to comfort her. Warren declares to Mason that he will do everything to prevent this marriage...

Episode 1789

Mason is surprised by Santana while he enters C.C.'s office in the early hours of the morning, at Sophia's bedside. Santana holds him in cheek with a gun, and gives him little time to lower his weapon. David goes to Julia's home to jog with her. Julia sprains her ankle whilst coming back. Michael surprises them together, while he comes to inform Julia that Mason entered her office by breaking-in overnight. Having been unsettled by the announcement of Cassandra and Mason's marriage, Augusta goes to the Capwells and tries to speak to Cassandra. Mason prevents her from telling her the truth about Warren by walking Augusta against her liking to C.C.'s office. While they discuss Cassandra, Sophia seems to move her eyelids...
